General Manager
Requirements :
- Age between 45 – 55 years
- Min. University Degree preferably in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysic and Reservoir Engineering
- Experience in Managing Exploration and Producing blocks with min 15 years in Oil & Gas
- Extensive experience in Management engineering/maintenance/site/field construction in the Oil & Gas Industry
- Strong commercial/contractual knowledge and experience
- General Management experience
- Knowledge of business practices and working/social culture in Indonesia, have good knowledge of the onshore and offshore oil and gas markets
- Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety systems and commitment to leading through example
- Good communication and reporting skills, good presentation Skills, and proficient in English (oral, written and presentations)
- Risk & Opportunity Aware, a good Negotiator & Communicator, a natural Leader – able to coach and get the best out of reports
- Collaborative & Team Based, looks for Best Practice and Continual Improvement
Sr. Drilling Engineer
Requirements :
- Age between 35 – 45 years
- Min. 12 years experience in Exploration & Development Drilling
- Previous experience as Sr. Drilling or Drilling Manager
- Experience in well design, well program, preparation of AFE is a must
- Experience primarily onshore, while offshore drilling is considered an advantage
- Experience in mud-engineering & underbalanced drilling is an advantage
Petroleum Engineering
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline with Petroleum Engineering experience from reputable university
- Having more than 4 years related in Oil and Gas Company or Geothermal Industry
- Have significant expertise in reservoir or production/petroleum engineering including reserve estimation, reservoir modeling, economic analysis, enhanced recovery and/or work-over/completion design, production optimization, stimulation design, artificial lift, etc.
- Familiar with reservoir and/or production/petroleum engineering software tools (such as OFM, Pansys, VIP, Prosper, Eclipse, DSS, etc.)
Production Facilities Engineer
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from Petroleum Engineering from a well-known university
- Age between 35 – 45 years
- Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Field Development
- Experience in Design, Cost Estimate, Construction of Oil & Gas Field, Field O&M
- Rehabilitation pm EOR of old fields is advantages
Senior Legal Officer (SLO)
Requirements :
- Male or Female
- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- Min 3 years experience in corporate legal activities
- Experience in oil & gas / public company would be an advantage
- Having good relationship with law firm, notary, government institution
- Fluent in English both of written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skills and negotiation
Junior Legal Officer (JLO)
Requirements :
- Male or Female
- Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- Min 1 year experience in corporate legal activities
- Fluent in English both of written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skills
