PTTEP is a national petroleum exploration and production company dedicating to provide a sustainable petroleum supply to Thailand and the countries we operate. A top-ten publicly- listed company in the Stock Exchange of Thailand, PTTEP has a workforce of over 3,000 and has invested in 44 E&P activities and 5 investments in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Oman, Egypt, Algeria, Bahrain, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

Announced on May 18, 2010, PTTEP and its consortium won the exploration rights for four blocks in offshore Indonesia. The Production Sharing Contract awarded to the consortium was signed by Indonesian authority. Four offshore blocks are Malunda, South Mandar, Sadang and South Sageri. These blocks are situated in the Makassar Strait, off the coast of Sulawesi and Kalimantan in Indonesia. PTTEP is the operator of Malunda and South Mandar and holds 100% and 67% share, respectively. During the primary period, the consortium will conduct 3D seismic survey and drill at least one exploration well. PTTEP’s strategic merger and acquisition as well as its cooperation with partners in making new investments are part of PTTEP’s strategic plan to seek opportunities in focused countries which have high petroleum potential.

Position Title: Admin Assistant (contract basis)

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in oil and gas industry
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point )
4. Well organized, attentive to detail, proactive, smart, hard working, self driven, fast learner, trustworthy, self confidence, communicative and able to work independently or in team
5. Proficient in handling administration and operational tasks
6. Female, age 22 – 27 years old

Job Description:
1. Assisting the Manager in coordinating operational duties
2. Handling all confidential matters, contracts, documents and general correspondence
3. Handling travel and appointment schedules
4. Word processing and filling : organizing and maintaining information
5. Handling communication materials such as minutes meeting, presentation, letters in Indonesia and in English

Position Title: Senior Accountant (contract basis)

Qualifications:
1. Minimum 8 years extensive international oil and gas accounting or an internationally recognized professional accounting qualification
2. Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures, specifically Joint Venture/ PSC accounting
3. Strong Indonesian PSC knowledge including but not limited to PSC accounting and BPMIGAS regulation/requirement
4. US GAAP/IFRS accounting experience would be considered advantageous
5. General understanding of applicable legislation and regulations
6. Professional, Self-starter
7. Proven leadership, decision making, problem solving and organizational skills
8. Must be pro-active
9. Attention to details
10. Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel Application, Experience in SAP or Oracle would be considered advantageous

Job Description:
1. Supervising key daily financial functions including accounts payable and cash management, staff advance, joint venture accounting, cost accounting, taxes and budgetary controls
2. Supervising accounting processes including preparation of the monthly financial package ensuring compliance with Joint Operating Agreement, PSC accounting standards, and Head Office Accounting Policies, BPMIGAS reporting and budget/reforecast preparation
3. Developing accounting processes and procedures to comply with BPMIGAS requirements, Joint Operating Agreement requirements, Head Office Accounting Policies and to ensure efficient financial reporting
4. Developing and monitoring financial and internal control procedures to safeguard assets and records of the Company
5. Monitoring the issuance of the new AFE and closed out the existing AFE for the job has been completed
6. Ensuring adequate control over variance actual vs budget and providing comprehensive analysis and explanation of the variances
7. Arranging socialization session with users to ensure efficient work process implemented
8. Coordinating the audit process and liaising with internal, external, partner and government auditors
9. Updating the Company regarding changes in legislation or regulations that may affect the business operation

Preparing materials for OCM, BPMIGAS, and other internal presentations as required
