We are seeking experienced people for the following positions :

OFFICER HR – 925574
(Senakin Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Assist and manage HR administration activities; assist Supervisor HR to plan, lead, organize and control the HR daily activities, and implement corporate policies and procedure.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor degree in management, psychology, human resources, or industrial relation; 3 years’ HR experience in a broad range of Human Resources management matters; experience in the mining industry is preferred; familiar in dealing with government institution, preparation of reports; Understanding of Labor Law Regulation, formalities, mining environment and its regulations;
• Good interpersonal skill, good communication in English as well Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), good in planning and organizing job; strong customer focus, target oriented; proactive; able to work in under pressure.

Some of your duties will include:
• To ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved, by following the procedures set out in the TMS
• Communication and reporting. Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of equipment repairs
• Ensure the accurate completion of daily breakdown reports, supervisors shift report, PCR’s for review by senior supervisors before end of shift every day. Ensure accurate breakdown hour information is provided
• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failures
• Review operators checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheets, ensure submission to Senior supervisor with repair and parts recommendation. Ensure mechanic raise recommended parts lists accurately to address all known work, breakdowns, and planned maintenance
• Prepare parts equipment and manpower for planned work and shut days, Ensure all repairs are carried out in a cost effective and timely manner
• Investigation and reporting of all accident damage to all equipment in the field and associated area, this includes operator abuse
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employee by ensure all activities are carry out according to the work procedures in the TMC and the Senakin project management plan
• Ensure that there is no impact on the environment from the activities that are carried out to operate and repair equipment by ensuring that the procedures in the TMS and Senakin Management plan are followed.
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are carried out in a safe, timely and cost effective manner.
• Ensure all disciplinary actions are issued as required in accordance with the Senakin mine regulations and maintenance department rules

What skills and experience do you need?
• Senior High School / Technical School or Technical Engineer
• Familiar with Heavy equipment’s: Dozer (Caterpillar/Komatsu), Excavator (HiItachi/Komatsu/Liebher), Sandvick Drills, Dump Truck (Caterpillar)
• Quality control
• Subcontractor and employee / supervision
• 10 year experience in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry

(Senakin Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Ensure all necessary actions are taken to rectify any faults identified by the inspections in accordance with the correct procedures;
• Responsibility to avoid re-work jobs; quality assurance for all workshop/servicebay and field tasks, achieved by continual monitoring of work in progress and the procedures that are being used; all maintenance reports to be completed accurately and on time;
• Ensure personal accurately complete personal time cards daily;
• Ensure when approving store issues that parts are required and the most cost effective repair option is being used;
• Ensure all parts required for Service and know work are ordered promptly and their progress checked regularly with warehousing and planning; ensure correct manpower levels for Service work with planning department; ensure work is completed on time and operations are notified; ensure completed equipment is registered with plant dispatcher and transferred to the GO-LINE.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Senior/technical High School recognized industry trade qualification;
• Minimum 1 year experience in a same role at mine site or minimum 2 years experience in leading hand of mechanical service department;
• Experience in leading a team, good Computer literacy, having strong motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for plant admin activities including cost ,system, record & report performance and filing system
• Actively contribute to a positive team work environment at all times
• Liaise with Info mine Crew
• Prepare the weekly and monthly reporting requirements for the plant department
• Ensure that the key accounts within plant are reconciled
• Responsible for planning activities including schedule service monitoring, part ordering

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Degree in Accounting, Administration or a similar discipline together with strong operational experience, and have no less than 5 years working experiences in System/Cost Accounting, Admin Project Accounting.
• Have experience in mining industry is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Self motivated, hard working and attention to detail.

Some of your duties will include:
• To assist Purchasing Supervisor in regard to Order Spare Part and Material in related with Project and Plant Requirement as per TCI Warehouse System/Procedure.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering
• Having Minimum 3 years’ experience in Purchasing and Warehouse.
• Knowledge about spare part and material, Warehouse, Purchasing and Inventory System.
• Previous Management and Supervisory experience

Some of your duties will include:
• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between field crew and operations personnel on issues relating to breakdown of equipment;
• Accurate completion of daily plant diary, and prompt submission to planning for data entry;
• Ensuring accurate breakdown hour information is provided;
• Analyze of component condition and recommendation of parts required;
• Review of all checklists and electrical inspection sheets, submission to planning department (everyday), address all known work, breakdown and planned jobs;
• Plan and co-ordinate shut down work with the planning department.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Senior High School/Technical High School, Ex Apprentice Program; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervisor HE Auto Electrical;
• Has qualification and experienced in Fault finding and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration; maintenance and installation of power generation equipment; General electrical installation and maintenance; Fault finding and maintenance of automotive air conditioning systems; Fault finding, maintenance of all mobile equipment auto electrical systems;
• Good leadership skill, good communication in English as well as Bahasa able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent, good in planning and organizing job.

Some of your duties will include:
• To monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide services to the satisfaction of all tyres and users; Responsible for tyre repair and tyre fitter crew safety;
• Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list: front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule, tyre condition check on the unit in DOOD;
• Ensure the operated unit is assembled with appropriate tyre, rock ejector, tyre valve caps, valve bracket and bolt/nut;
• Monitor and maintain important tyre tools and equipment such as: pneumatic wrench, pneumatic torque tools, pneumatic grinding and buffing tools that all must be provided with maintained and clean air/water separator, pressure regulator and line oiler;
• Cooperate with tyre administration in performing inventory of tyres, rims and tubes stock every month: Preparing consumable spare such as tyres, rims and its component, repair good and tools as we as tyre tools.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Senior High School or TCI Apprentice graduate;
• Substantial experience in a similar or related role.
• Proactive; communicative; good management responsible & adaptable.

GEOLOGIST – 925564

Some of your duties will include:
• Conduct mapping and sampling qualities, quantities of coal seams;
• Conduct pit monitoring to know the wall issue during progress;
• Check in interrogate models supplied by client, communicate with others regarding model variances;
• Reporting, pit reconciliation and recoverable reserve status by quantity and quality each month;
• Reporting, provide a coal daily plan related with target daily production target short term engineer;
• Coordination with member engineer, mining team and client to avoid geological issues;
• Monitoring ROM coal stockpiles related quantities and qualities; provide detailed report and documentation (including photos and drawing where applicable) of ground observations

What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geological Engineering with minimum of 5 years professional experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering a s Geologist;
• understanding of Geological Principles, Mining Equipment and Applications; understanding and demonstrate of Engineering Software and Computer Data Management; possess government certification of POP (Pratama Competency Test);
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and proficient in computer literacy; strong leadership; self-motivated; team player; supportive; analytical thinking and think strategically; communicative; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
