Summary of advert:

RasGas Company Ltd is a multi-billion dollar venture organisation owned by Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil and was established in 1993 to produce liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and related products from the vast natural gas reserves of the State of Qatar. Qatar is a truly multicultural country and offers a safe and vibrant ex-pat lifestyle with year round sunshine. Doha, the capital, boasts a myriad of cultural facilities including the Old Souq, the futuristic Education City and the recently opened Museum of Islamic Art. The person:

* University Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
* Post graduate Masters qualification helpful
* A minimum of seven years experience in an Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Organisational Development
* Other International work experience within an oil and gas sector

Role/Responsibilities:

This role will develop/plan and eventually implement a carefully structured change management and communications strategy for the entire Company. Key areas include:
* Having the capability to understand the need for change and communication processes
* Identifying and thereafter training Change Champions with the Company
* Stakeholder interaction and engagement
* Transition strategy and plans
* Facilitating talent forums.
