Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
* Champion of the HSEMS, Standard and Policy compliance regular audits
* Vocal point of the quality control of the HSEMS Audits and HSE actions closures
* Lead to review and revitalize existing HSEMS for company.
* Manage the business process of the HSEMS implementation including performance management tools development
* Develop the HSEMS Manual and Procedures required including the relevant standards and regulations
* Manage the systematic and powerful database of HSE Compliance, Performance Analysis and Reporting internal & external
Persyaratan
* Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering or equal and Master degree will be advantage
* Experience to lead a team to set up and to manage HSEMS effective implementation
* Experience in champion HSEMS Audit facilitation and follow up actions performance control/ monitor
* Hold ISO Auditor certification or equal will be advantage
* Assertive communication skill in both Indonesia and English languages
* Min. 10 years experience in Industrial HSEMS with 5 years in Oil & Gas Industry HSEMS
