Project Manager
(Riau – Batam, Indonesia)
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess project management / coordination experience with fabrication background as well as exposure to EPIC of offshore topsides/jackets projects. You must be project minded with an ability to anticipate production issues that would affect the big picture along with strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills. Fabrication estimating skills will be a plus and strong computer skills with a working knowledge of AutoCAD are preferred. Your proven track record in Indonesia as well as strong relationship with local government body will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Project Manager to join an international specialist company in heavy equipment manufacture servicing the Oil and Gas industry within the Australasian region. With expanding requirements, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their specialist team in Batam, Indonesia.
In this role you will be assisting in the bidding of one of the major projects. After the project is awarded, you will be responsible for the management of Project to ensure the equipment is delivered on time and on budget. You will play a part in budget set-up and project turnover meetings with the sales and estimating teams. Additionally you will be required to prepare work packages, and monitor and track the progress through to successful project close.
