TATELY N.V., TATELY BUDONG-BUDONG N.V., ZARATEX N.V. are part of a rapidly expanding international Oil & Gas company. Together with our other associated companies, we are operators of the Palmerah, Budong-Budong and Lhokseumawe Production Sharing Contracts. We are as well partners in four non operated PSCs.
Due to our expanding operations, we are immediately seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the positions of:
BUDGET & REPORTING SUPERVISOR (BRS)
Reporting to Finance Manager, this position is responsible for processing company financial transactions, ensuring appropriate accounting control procedures and preparing accurate & timely financial reports and statements.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in a multinational oil & gas company
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Prepares financial statement and budgets for both internal and BPMIGAS requirements
• Provides guidance to other functions on implementation of budget procedures
• Advises other functions of updated plan and budgets (for expenses only)
• Interfaces with the Government to establish and maintain good relationship, as well as with external auditors, to ensure that financial statements meet GAAP requirements
• Assists in reporting and monitoring the actual operating expenses compared to the budget
• Assists in monitoring the capital budget actual
• Prepares WP&B presentation to BPMIGAS
The above position requires good English communication and interpersonal skills, supported with abilities to work in a team.
