Quality & TPM System (CODE: QTPM_BEK)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
• Ensure Quality Management System (ISO 9001, TPM, SGA, 5S etc) is implemented in all departments by planning, coordinating, and evaluating Quality Management System and TPM promotion and implementation activity and planning and coordinating regular Quality Management System and TPM audit

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of any discipline
• Age between 25 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences on related field
• Understanding of Business Process of Mine Operation Department & K3

Community Relation Head (CODE: CRDH_BEK)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
Ensure Community Development and communication program that contributes to economic development & welfare of surrounding community is conducted according company policy, procedure, and standart by planning, supervising and coordinating implementation of community development and community communication program and handling of claims and cases filed by community.

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of any discipline
• Age between 30 – 40 years old
• Minimum 6 years of working experiences in the Community Relation field
• Extensive understanding of Community Relation’s Department Business Process
• Computer literacy

General Qualifications:
• Have analytical thinking, work planning & management, problem solving, good communication in English and report writing skills
• Fluent in the use of English language

Mine Schedulling (CODE: MSCHED_BEK)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
• Updating Contractor’s Equipment Database
• Periodically generate Pit design, Pit & Dump Sequences
• Provide Production Plan rolling in weekly and monthly in accordance with yearly target.

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Mine Engineering
• Age between 25 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences at coal mining area
• Familiar with Mining Engineering software
• Understanding of Mine Operation’s Business Process

Mine Survey (CODE: MSURV_BEK)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
• Conduct of accurate and up to date survey data and analysis such as coordinate and elevation, coal and overburden volume and topography map of pits

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Geodetic Engineering
• Age between 25 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences as surveyor at coal exploration or mining area
• Understanding of Mine Survey’s Business Process and able to operate GPS, Theodolite & others survey tools
• Familiar with Surveying and Engineering Software

Mine Survey Head (CODE: MSURVH_BEK)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
• Ensure the availability of accurate and up to date survey data and analysis such as coordinate and elevation, coal and overburden volume and topography map of pits by planning, coordinating and evaluating mine, infrastructure and construction survey
• Provide high quality and appreciated Survey services and on-going monthly reconciliation support

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Geodetic Engineering
• Age between 30 – 40 years old
• Minimum 6 years of working experiences as surveyor at coal exploration or mining area
• Understanding of Mine Survey’s Business Process and able to operate GPS, Theodolite & others survey tools
• Familiar with Surveying and Engineering Software

Safety Operation (CODE: SOS_BEK)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
• Ensure the safety and protection of patrons, employees and company’s property on mine concession area
• Monitoring daily safety check Company’s standard implementation and monitoring contractor’s activity at field.

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of K3/ Environment/ Geology/Mine Engineering or any related discipline
• Age between 25 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences as Safety Officer
• Understanding of Business Process of Mine Operation Department & K3

Safety Patrol (CODE: SPF_BEK)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
• Patrol and observe mine and hauling areas to ensure the safety and protection of patrons, employees and company’s property
• Daily safety check Company’s standard implementation and monitoring contractor’s activity at field.

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School or equivalent
• Age between 20 – 25 years old
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences as Safety Patrol
• Understanding of Business Process of Mine Operation Department & K3
• Computer literacy

Management System Head (CODE: MS_BEK)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
• Ensure Integrated Quality Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 1400, OHSAS, SMK3, SMKP, TPM, 5S etc) is implemented in all departments by planning, coordinating, and evaluating Integrated Management System and implementation activity
• Ensure Internal audit is conducted according to schedule and procedure.

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of any discipline
• Age between 30 – 45 years old
• Minimum 8 years of working experiences on related field
• Understanding of Business Process of Mine Operation Department & K3
