HR Corporate Culture & Communication Support (Code: CCC_JKT)
Placement : Jakarta

The basic job purpose of this position is to to support HR corporate culture, knowledge management & HR communication initiatives by implementing HR communication programs and administering Banpu Spirit culture and knowledge management programs.

Main Accountabilities:
• Ensure the right HR messages are captured by HR target audiences to create a positive working place
• Execute programs to embed Banpu Spirit into Corporate Culture
• Execute programs to nurture and share knowledge in the organization

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications or Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Having skill using Adobe photoshop or Corel draw is preferrable
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Electrical Maintenance Section Chief (Code: ELT_IMM)
Placement : Bontang

The basic job purpose of this position is to ensure the implementation of corrective electrical activities and preventive maintenance on crusher, washing plant, office facilities, camp, laboratory equipment, crusher’s and camp’s power generator, water treatment plant by coordinate, supervise and evaluation as well as providing parts required to conform with schedule and procedure that have been specified.

Main Accountabilities:
• Ensuring availability of weekly and daily work schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities on electrical components and PLC on equipment and machinery in the Crusher 1 and Washing Plant.
• Ensure that the mechanical components, electrical and electronic machinery and equipment every Crusher 1 and Washing Plant are in a condition ready for use.
• Ensuring the implementation of various management tools within the work unit.
• Ensuring availability of daily and monthly reports of mobile equipment section.

Specific Requirements:
• Electrical Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience in corrective and preventive maintenance
• Must mastering PLC programming

Senior Technical Trainer (Code: STT_TRUST)
Placement : Bontang

The basic job purpose of this position is to ensure availability of operational knowledge and technical skill personnel in Operation Division by developing technical training concept, draw up yearly schedule of technical training, coordinating and evaluating technical training.

Main Accountabilities:
• Prepare and propose Training Centre Sub Department’s yearly work plan, budget and control the spending.
• Provide technical training plan that in line with company operation’s need.
• Ensure technical training plan is implemented.
• Ensure training participant acquire knowledge and skill as defined in training objective.

Specific Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Min. 7 years of experience as Technical Trainer and holds certification as Trainer

Pit Design Main Contractor (CODE: PDM_TCM)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
• Plan & design mine activity at pit, dumping and disposal area, drainage, reclamation, and revegatation area
• Prepare Pit design & pit calculation
• Set up production plan rolling in weekly and monthly in accordance with yearly target.

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Mine Engineering
• Age between 25 – 35 years old
• Has working experiences in the open pit design min 3 years
• Understanding of Mine Operation’s Business Process & K3
• Computer literacy, and familiar with Minescape and mining engineering Software

Pit Design Small Contractor (CODE: PDS_TCM)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Accountabilities:
• Monitoring Acid Mine Drainage in daily basis and prepare recommendation to prohibit AAT at mine area
• Do quick analyze to rock sample from drilling activities, then inform Pit Engineer regarding OB’s acid percentage OB before dump to dumping area.

Specific Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Geology/Mine Engineering
• Age between 25 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences at related area
• Understanding of Coal Mine Operation’s Business Process

Nursery & Planting Management (CODE: NPM_TCM)
Placement : East Kalimantan – Melak, with roster 6 week onsite : 2 week offsite

Main Responsibilities:
• Supervise Top Soil Removal
• Identify potential problem to planting and identify solution to the problem.
• Generate weekly report that consist among other revegetation progress, seed used, budget spending etc.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Agriculture, Forestry, Mining Engineering & Civil Engineering
• Age between 23 – 30 years old
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences at coal mining area
• Familiar with Arc GIS
• Good Understanding of top soil removal

General Qualifications:
• Have analytical thinking, work planning & management, problem solving, good communication in English and report writing skills
• Fluent in the use of English language

Financial Managerial Analyst (Code: FMA_JKT)
Placement : Jakarta

The basic job purpose of this position is to provide financial advisory and strategies to ITM management / stakeholders through analysis, forecast and establishment of ITM Group’s Annual Plan and Budget as one of the standard benchmark, to ensure value added are created in line with the corporate strategic plan.

Main Accountabilities:
• Financial Advisory & Strategic Support to Management and/or Stakeholders
• Formulation and Establishment of the Company’s Annual Plan and Budget
• Monthly Financial Analysis, Forecasting and Reporting to ensure Company’s profitability

Treasury Management (Code: TRM_JKT)

The basic job purpose of this position is to prepare quarterly consolidated cash flow & treasury report of ITM and its subsidiaries, assist fund management activities of ITM and its subsidiaries through financial instruments including negotiate interest rate of time deposit and bank loan, monitor utilization of bank facilities (L/C, Bank Guarantee, etc), in order to ensure fund availability that support ITM and its subsidiaries cash flow and operations according to ITM policy.

• Commodity and FX risk management
• Compliance Management
• Financial Risk and Commercial issues coordination

Specific Requirements:
• Master degree or Overseas Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration from reputable University background will be advantage
