PT Kaltim Prima Coal; Mining Job career 7 positions

Based on Coal Contract of Work (CCOW), the government granted authorization to PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) to carrry out exploration, production and marketing of coal in area of 90,938 hectares in Sangatta and Bengalon of East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan Province.
KPC’s Sangatta mine is close to the port facilities at Tanjung Bara, which is linked to the mine by an overland conveyor of approximately 13 kilometers in length. Second OLC line and Barge Loading Facilitiy Extention have been built to support plans to increase the production capacity in the future.

Below the positions for Mining Job career PT Kaltim Prima Coal :

01. SUPERINTENDENT – INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
(Permanent Position)

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation.
• Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
• Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
• Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.

02. SUPERVISOR – CUSTOMS
(Permanent Position)

• S1 any discipline.
• Holding Customs Expertise Certificate (PPJK).
• Minimum three years experience in Customs Duty.
• Familiar with Customs Module.
• Good communication technique and interpersonal skill to liaise within KPC, Counterpart, Subcontractor and Government Worker.
• Knowledge of material would be an advantage.

03. SPECIALIST – PURCHASING
(Permanent Position)

• Graduate in Industrial Engineering field with more than 3 years experience in purchasing activities either within a project or mining industries.
• Having knowledge of purchasing, customs, logistic warehousing principles and market place.
• Able to work under pressure and possess creative thinking.
• Extensive knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
• Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
• Technical knowledge related to the services is a plus.
• Skills in analysis, negotiation and communication in Indonesian.
• Negotiating skills in dealing with agreement matters, after sales services claims, and meetings.
• Process mapping and facilitation skills.

04. SPECIALIST – CONTRACT
(Permanent Position)

• Minimum S1 – Mining or Engineering with 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
• Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement.
• Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.

05. SPECIALIST – ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
(Permanent Position)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in HR Management / Psychology / Industrial Engineering with 3 years experience.
• Knowledge of up-to-date Human Resource and organisational development issues.
• Time Management, analytical thinking, problem solving skills.
• Strong interest in people development.

06. COORDINATOR – SAFETY & TRAINING
(Permanent Position)

• Minimum Senior High School with at least 10 years experience in mining environment, preferably in maintenance or production, such that a good understanding has developed of the mining operation in general, and of training and HSE systems and programmes specifically.
• Good interpersonal skills to liaise with personnel at all level.
• Good presentation skills to conduct interesting safety talks.
• Ability to convince and motivate employees and supervisory staff to comply with Prima Nirbhaya requirements.
• Excellent coordination and planning skills to achieve competency development for employees according to individual and the departments needs and priorities.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and filling system, particularly to meet ISRS audit requirements.
• Good knowledge of training and development programmes available and the systems and processes to be used to nominate personnel for that training and development.

07. ENGINEER – MINING
(Permanent Position)

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• Having 2 years experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
• Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
• Having experience in using MINEX software.

3. Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
4. Computer literate (MS Office)
5. Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
