PT Madhani Talatah Nusantara, a company engaged in mining contracting services with project sites scattered

in the areas of Kalimantan, Sumatra, Maluku, and Java which prioritizes aspects of Quality Management, Health and Safety. In order to develop the company’s business, we need a dynamic workforce, have high work motivation, like challenge, and commit to join with us to fill the following positions:


• Collaborate with Project management to implement Sustainable Mining Improvements in harmony with Project goals and objectives.
• Strengthen organizational competence by empowering the Department of Operations team to generate positive change through training, learning and implementation of Sustainable Improvement.
• Facilitate the Sustainable Improvement training program for the Operations Department team, such as Kaizen, Six Sigma and others.
• Assess, train and provide constructive feedback to the Department of Operations team to strengthen the competence of the Operations Department team.
• Educate the Team of Operations Departments regarding systems, tools and methods that will help shape a culture of Continuous Improvement and Learning.
• Identify and Perform Continuous Improvements in the Project to support the ongoing positive changes of the Department of Operations.
• Managing Department Operation systems, tools and methods to improve the company’s business performance.
• Submitting a Sustainable Upgrading plan to align leaders in the Department of Operations and help them understand the importance of interdependence to work together, focusing on the Sustainable Improvement plan to generate increased productivity to achieve the company’s business objectives.
• Coordinate and synchronize company targets and initiatives in Project. Document the results achieved.

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering / Geological Engineering / Mechanical Engineering at a reputable university.
• Have 3-5 years experience of Superintendent or Leader level in Team Mining Improvement (Open Pit).
• Experienced 3-5 years successfully implemented the implementation of Sustainable Improvement in the mining industry.
• Understand the method of Continuous Improvement in the Mining industry.
• Have strong leadership and team involving skills in achieving joint results.
• Understand the meaning of change, including how people will react to change and be able to make plans related to the stages of transformation and transition to achieve change and anticipate the negative impacts to those changes.
• Have communication skills (writing and verbal) on all levels of the company.
