TRAINER OPERATOR

THE INTENTION OF OFFICIAL POSITION
• Plan, develop, implement the teaching program and monitor its progress covering the subject areas of instructional programming and instructional design, theoretical training as well as the practice of heavy equipment & truck units with the aim of improving the competence in operationalizing the unit properly, properly and safely, technological developments and corporate demands.
• Evaluate and follow up on an ongoing basis on the effectiveness of the training that has been implemented in order to gain customer satisfaction.

MAIN TASK
• Implement: training package for operators, operational test tools for new operators of both the Theory and Practice, Test kimper, Review competence / Assessment Operator.
• Conduct field observations to obtain operator & driver training needs.
• Develop training programs and curriculum Daily maintenance & heavy equipment operation for Drivers and Operators as per project needs.
• Implement the KIMPER program for all operators / drivers in collaboration with User Dept. under coordination of Dept. Training Bppn, in accordance with company requirements.
• Prepare the training package well:
o Increase material training (handbooks, questions & answer sheets Pre / Post Test, practice test form, attendance form form, practical time sheet sheet, etc.).
o Classroom (table, chair, projector, white board, marker board marker, eraser etc.).
o Coordinate with users about calling trainees.
• Conducting training in accordance with standards that TRD has.
• Conduct review, development of knowledge & skills of operators directly in the field.
• Make priority scale of operator to be observed first, priority can be based on latest DOH, trends of unit damage, or based on User information from related department.
• On Going Training implementation of 1 (a) operator must be done for at least ½ working shift or equivalent to 4 (four) hours of operation.
• Report to Project Manager & Training Supervisor at Bppn.
• Make the final report of Training properly according to standard no later than 2 days after the training.
• Creating On Going Training report & should be supported by resumes of unit operation assessments / assessments and reported simultaneously with weekly activity report submissions.

QUALIFICATION
• Minimum Diploma Three education with 3 years experience as Trainer Operator or
• SMU / SMK with 5 years experience as a Trainer Operator in a mining contracting company.
• Understand heavy equipment training techniques, including mastering the operations of at least 3 types of heavy equipment.
• Understand the concept of Good Mining Practice and K3LH.
• Able to operate computer well (Microsoft office).
• Presentation and communication skills and initiative.

HSE OFFICER

THE INTENTION OF OFFICIAL POSITION
Assist HSE Supervisor performs K3LH operational tasks in the project as implementation of company’s K3LH system (MSM) to realize zero accident as well as occupational safety and health for employees.

MAIN TASK
• Provide safety induction for guests in the project, as well as newly returned employees from R & R leave, including employees of subcontractors.
• Provide K3LH training to all employees in the project to ensure all employees have received K3LH training and understand obligations on the implementation of K3LH systems and regulations.
• Prepare and conduct P5M / Safety Talk / Tool Box Meeting at the beginning of each shift at the office or in the field by involving the participation of all employees in the project.
• Conduct regular and non-regular inspections of the office / workshop / unit equipments to ensure all safety equipments are in good condition, safe and not harmful to anyone working on the project. Follow up on the inspection findings above, coordinate with the user department for the findings to be fixed with a specified time limit.
• Conduct regular and non-regular investigations into canteen / laundry / laundry facilities to ensure facilities, environments and working tools used in hygienic, clean, and safe conditions. To follow up on the findings of the inspection above, to coordinate with relevant departments so that the findings can be fixed with the time limit specified
• Create daily / weekly / monthly safety performance reports and send them to HSE Supervisor for review.
• Make accident / incident and investigation reports occurring in the project and send it to HSE Supervisor, including documentation per incident.

QUALIFICATION
• Minimum Diploma Three majoring in Occupational Health Safety with minimum 1 year experience as HSE Officer in mining project, especially mining contractor.
• Have knowledge of OHSAS 18001: 2007, SMK3L, ISO 14001 and other OSH regulation.
• Able to provide K3LH training in the classroom or in the field.
• Able to perform K3LH analysis and provide improvisation recommendations.
• General AK3 Certification and SMKP Certification.

MECHANIC FOREMAN

THE INTENTION OF OFFICIAL POSITION
Conducts supervision & guidance on mechanic and helper crew and participates in maintenance activities and repair of heavy equipments and other supporting equipments in the field or in workshop.

MAIN TASK
• Ensure maintenance and repair activities undertaken in accordance with SOP.
• Make progress reports on maintenance & repair activities.
• Perform heavy equipment data downloads every 500 hours of operation.
• Take anticipatory measures against Premature Down Equipment which includes Redo Job, and Accident / Unschedule Damage.
• Ensure Physical Availability is achieved on target through Equipment Performance monitoring which includes Physical Availability, Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time To Repair and Comparison between Schedule and Unschedule Maintenance Percentage.
• Ensure priority of work on Brake Down units.
• Monitoring the availability of mechanical crew against the number of job orders and maintaining the quality of mechanical work according to Madhani standards.

QUALIFICATION
• Mechanical Engineering D3 with minimum 2 years experience as Mechanic Foreman or,
• SMK / SMU with minimum 5 years experience as Mechanic Foreman in mining contractor company.
• Have deep knowledge and skills related to maintenance & repair of heavy equipments.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.

MINE SUPERINTENDENT

THE INTENTION OF OFFICIAL POSITION
Responsible for achievement of production targets by taking into account all production processes, predetermined quality and quantity of production, K3LH and efficient use of resources possible (Manpower, Fuel, Tire) and other operating costs, and coordinating with other Ministries.

MAIN TASK
• Coordinate with the mine plan engineer related to the production plan.
• Responsible to implement production plans as planned by the mine plan engineer.
• Ensuring optimal utilization of all resources including the operation of heavy equipment and human resources.
• Ensure compliance with production schedules.
• Monitor, estimate and report production progresses based on production planning.
• Review production performance and take necessary steps to overcome obstacles.
• Communicate with the control team in relation to all required information including resource allocation, production progress, preventive maintenance and other relevant issues.
• Conduct regular daily meetings with subordinates to accommodate relevant issues and issues to address.
• Preparing regular and non-regular reports on production on project manager’s request.

QUALIFICATION
• Education S1 (Mining Engineering / Geology / Geodesy / Civil) with 2 years experience as Mine Superintendent or
• D3 (Mining Engineering / Geology / Geodesy / Civil) with 4 years experience as Mine Superintendent or
• SMU / SMK with 6 years experience as Mine Superintendent or Mine Section Head in mining contractor company.
• Mastering operational management and service planning as well as mining facilities,
• Master planning and engineering: short and long term, heavy equipment operational applications.
• POP certification and preferably POM.
• Computer literacy skills (Microsoft office).
• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.

PLANT SUPERINTENDENT

THE INTENTION OF OFFICIAL POSITION
Coordinate and develop the plant department team and be responsible for the maintenance and repair process of heavy equipment and other supporting equipment and ensure the running of plant programs that have been set by management.

MAIN TASK
• Create a workshop management strategy and facilities.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies that include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance.
• Review the maintenance & repair activities undertaken to keep up with Madhani standards, and provide reports on the progress of maintenance & repair activities.
• Monitor and analyze Premature Down Equipment which includes Redo Job, and Accident / Unschedule Damage.
• Perform monitoring and analysis of Equipment Cost compared to budget, including: Total Cost, Cost per Maintenance Activity (Schedule Cost, Un-schedule cost), Cost per Equipment Classification, and Cost per Equipment Group and per Each Equipment.
• Evaluate manpower, which includes manpower composition of Total Activity and Maintenance Program, Attendance Ratio Achievement, and quality of mechanical work.
• Ensure Physical Availability is achieved on target through monitoring and analyzing Equipment Performance that includes Physical Availability, Mean Time Between Failure, Mean Time To Repair and Comparison between Schedule and Unschedule Maintenance Percentage.
• Ensure priority of work on Brake Down units.
• Ensure that all important documents are kept in good order, encoding documents to make them easier to use when needed.

QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2 years experience as Plant Superintendent or,
• D3 Mechanical Engineering with minimum 4 years experience as Plant Superintendent or,
• SMU / SMK with 6 years experience as Plant Superintendent in mining contractor company.
• Have deep knowledge and skill related to maintenance management & repair of heavy equipments.
• Computer literacy skills (Microsoft office).
• Leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to provide K3LH training in the classroom or in the field.
• Able to perform K3LH analysis and provide improvisation recommendations.

TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT

THE INTENTION OF OFFICIAL POSITION :
Leads a team of technical departments in the project to make mine (daily / weekly / monthly) activity planning, blasting activities, surveys, production data and other technical strategies to achieve optimal production and evaluate project run through technical improvisation of mine engineering.

MAIN TASK
• Prepare weekly and monthly production data for project performance reports.
• Evaluate and analyze data from project performance and make corrective measures.
• Ensure that all resources are managed and utilized efficiently.
• Coordinate all mine planning, drill & blast, survey, production reports and statistics.
• Provide all operational plans, professional technical support and coordinate activities / communication between operational & mine planning with emphasis on middle and short term planning and choice of strategy through evaluation and analysis.
• Ensure all design and planning including production plans, excavation and disposal plans, drilling and blasting plans, waste dump and road draft plans are prepared and completed on time. These designs and plans include weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Ensure that all data used is up to date, accurate and reliable.
• Evaluate actual mining planning and identify all barriers to achieving planning targets.
• Calculate costs and revenues from mining projects.
• Conduct regular communication with the client’s mine plan engineer and understand what concerns them and make sure they are included in the mine planning.
• Identify technical issues, propose solutions and smoothen agreements with clients when needed to ensure to minimize barriers to progress.
• Prepare actual data on technical costs for project analysis.
• Enforcing the company’s discipline and regulations at the site.
• Build harmonious relationships with clients by understanding client strategies and looking at future project development opportunities and demonstrating Madhani’s capacity to serve as partners to help clients achieve their strategic goals.

QUALIFICATION
Min S1 Mining Engineering with a minimum of 7 years experience as a mine engineer, or
• D3 Mining Engineering with a minimum of 10 years experience as a mine engineer in a mining contracting company.
• Have deep knowledge and skill related to process of mine plan, drill & blast, and mining survey.
• Can operate software mining like Autocad, Minescape.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detailed, analytical and process-oriented and quality-oriented.
