We are seeking highly motivated individuals with right skill and experiences to contribute in our team for the following positions:

Statistic Analyst

Responsibilities:
• Supporting to research projects with statistical analyses
• Providing suitable methodology
• Interpreting data

Requirement:
• Male / Female
• DIPLOMA (D3) in Mathematics/Statistics/Preference from Industrial Engineering
• Good knowledge of and proven interest in statistical analysis (multivariate analysis, structural equation model, others advanced statistics method)
• Having excellent knowledge in statistics is a must
• Having at least 1 year working experience in the similar position
• Marketing research and consumer behavior knowledge is an advantages
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal is a must
• Good working knowledge of research processes, analyses and the ability to run projects
• Excellent interpersonal skills required

Surveyor

Responsibilities:
• Periodic surveys of mining progress of both overburden and coal stockpile reconciliation
• Guidance of mine design and mine sequence application
• Reporting land acquisition and construction survey progress
• Preparation detail periodic activity plan and report
• Implement SHE regulation at the section

Requirements:
• Min. STM preferred from STM Pembangunan Jaya Yogyakarta / D3 Mining / Geodesi
• Min. 1 years experience in the field of survey and mapping (preferably mine survey), fresh graduate are welcome
• Understand Topography system
• Computer literate
• Having competency with surveying and engineering software
• Familiar with the Surveyor tools equipment and applications
• Willing to be placed in Kalimantan area

Chief of Heavy Duty Truck and Heavy Equipment Mechanic (C-HTE-MC)

Responsibilities:
• Decision maker/approver for maintenance repair requests
• Responsible for getting equipment back up and running in the most efficient and cost effective manner available.
• Maintenance policy enforcement
• Coordination of repairs between service center, vendor and/or internal company shops
• Creation of repair purchase orders
• Repair verification and follow up
• Cost control of repairs
• Parts ordering
• Invoice problem resolution
• Identify reoccurring problems with units
• Work with Manager, Fleet Maintenance to resolve vendor and or service center issues
• Responsible for handling daytime line haul breakdown issues
• Prompt daily attendance at assigned work location.

Requirements:
• High school graduated in automotive/ diploma in Mechanical/ Bachelor in Mechanical
• Experiences min. 5 years in preventive maintenance heavy equipment (excavator, wheel loader, dozer, etc)
• Advance experiences in preventive maintenance truck (dump truck, tronton, trailer, etc)
• Advance in trouble shooting, hydraulic, electrical, etc
• Advance in general mechanical ability
• Advance in ability to read technical specifications
• Well-knowledge of safe working procedures
• Advance ability to operate power tools and equipment with precision.
• Willing to be located in Kalimantan
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable and persistent.
• Advance in Heavy Duty Equipment knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.

Heavy Duty Truck and Heavy Equipment Mechanic (HTE-MC)

Responsibilities:
• Check bulldozers, cranes, graders and other heavy construction, and mining equipment for proper performance and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
• Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
• Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems, using hand and power tools
• Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturer specifications

Requirements:
• High school graduated in automotive/ diploma in Mechanical/ Bachelor in Mechanical
• Experiences min. 3 years in preventive maintenance heavy equipment (excavator, wheel loader, dozer, etc)

JUNIOR GEOLOGIST

Requirements:
– Minimum of 2-5 years experience in Coaland Nickel Mining for operational or exploration rol
– Bachelor degree in Geology
– Has extensive working knowledge in Mining, Coal Quality, Geological Modeling, Database and Resource calculation
– Familiar with Geological Software (Mapinfo, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS)
– Able to work under pressure with a minimum supervision

Legal Officer

Responsibilities:
• Handling Overall Legal Affairs pertaining to Group, companies, and projects business activity;
• Negotiating, drafting, and reviewing any form of instrument of agreement as well as ensuring the compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations;
• Provides and maintain all general corporate documents;
• Provides practical, complete, and thorough legal advices to the management or for other affiliates/ subsidiaries/ relevant internal departments of any existing or potential legal issues;
• Preparing legal documents on share holder meeting
• Preparing legal matters & documents as well on IPO preparation
• Maintain permit and licensing compliances;
• Manage as well as liaise with external counsel (public notary, law-firm, government and agency).
• Handling mining permit licenses to related government institutions

Requirements:
• Female/Male
• Candidate must possess at least a Law Degree from reputable University (Masters Degree / Post Graduate Degree would be beneficial)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experiences in reputable law-firm or mining company in the similar role
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Computer Literate
• Demonstrate ability to develop, build and maintain effective working relationships
• Reliable and initiative with good planning and self management skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill

LOGISTIC AND PROCUREMENT OFFICER (code: LAP-O)

Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement and/or supervise key services in the general administration, the procurement process including areas of asset management, property maintenance, general supply chain and functioning.
• Plan, implement and/or supervise/or coordinate logistics, procurement (goods & services)
• Plan and Implement the internal and external statutory law that affect the procurement and logistic.
• Advice the Senior Administration and Finance Officer and/or Program Manager/ on all issues related to procurement and logistics, and ensure transparency and accountability in all activities.
• Provide inputs to budgets and project proposals for procurement and logistics activities
• The ability to interact with all parties while maintaining and emphasizing a position of principled political neutrality and operational independence is paramount.
• Any other reasonable duty as requested by line management
• Develop a system of tracking procurement and logistics requests and generate status reports.

Requirements:
• Bachelor in Business Management/Supply Chain Management and preferably an advanced degree in area of Supply Chain Management an or Logistics and/or Business Management is preferred
• Proven experience of not less than 3 years in procurement and logistics
• Experience in the maintenance of logistics information system.
• Knowledge of computers: word processing, database management and spreadsheets packages.
• Good command of English both spoken and written
• Have a good understanding in Supply Chain Management and export-import.
• Good computer skill, familiar with SAP program or logistic program
• Sound analytical capability
• Detail oriented, independent, drive for excellent result and have a good skill of team player

MINING ENGINEER (code: MNG-E)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare short term mine planning (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Supervise and control application of mining sequence and design
• Prepare production report and short term mine planning review
• Guide land compensation related to mine plan
• Implement SHE regulation at the section

Requirements:
• Male
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable University
• Having minimum 2‐3 years of field experience in planning, monitoring and reconciling open pit production
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to operate mining software
• Willing to work at mine site Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering
• Understand the HSEQ aspects of mining operations
• Fluent in English.

Secretary To Director (code: Sec-D)

Responsibilities:
Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner especially for Director and also support management and division as well.

Requirements:
• Female max. 30 years old
• Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business
• Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages, or equivalent.
• Computer literate
• Excellence in Administration and Secretarial Duties, Correspondences Skill, Filling Management, and Travel Management.
• Excellent interpersonal skill, manner, helpful, neat and office etiquette
• Excellence in English and Mandarin as well
• Has min. 2 years of working experiences in the related field

SENIOR GEOLOGIST

Requirements:
– Male, maximum 45 years old.
– Minimum 7 years experience in long term geological modeling, geological technical services, and operation supports in Coal Mining
– S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
– Has extensive working knowledge in Mining, Coal Quality, Geological Modeling, Database and Resource calculation
– Familiar with Geological Software (Mapinfo, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS
