Operation Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Lead and monitor mining operations staff on their day to day mining operation, monitor and control mining equipment usage to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations in order to achieve production targets and schedule in line with the mine plan.
2. Maintain communication and coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance in order to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment.
3. Lead, coach and manage subordinate including recruitment and provide a proper development and succession plan for them, Promote and develop an open ethical work environment in order to maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain.
4. Maintain and implementing HSE programs by minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

Requirements :
• Min. Bachelor degree in mining
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Minimum 10 years experience as in Coal mining
• Good communication and leadership skill
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License would be an advantage
• Ability to act in an objective, non-discriminatory and have a decisive nature.
• Dare to take decisions quickly and accurately.
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result

Assistant to Operation Director

Responsibilities:
1. Develop operation work program that includes implementation time and location of survey work to ensure the achievement of targets.
2. Prepare project budgets for approval of the managers, as well as help employers to monitor the use of budget effectively and efficiently in order to support the operational activities in the branch.
3. Supervise all activities of operation conducted by the operation team to ensure that the activities carried out in accordance with the allocation set schedule and in accordance with QHSE standards of quality and standards.
4. Checking and signing Survey and ensuring contents of the report in accordance with customer requirements, completed under timed conditions and meet the quality standards.
5. Provide recommendations for improvements are effective and efficient on any issues that arise in the workplace and ensure problem nicely finished.
6. Develop, nurture and motivate subordinates to improve competence and performance in accordance with the needs of the branch.
7. Reports periodically to Operation Director for any additional assignment in order to support the achievement of company strategic objectives.

Requirements :
• Min. Bachelor degree
• Experience as Mining, Coal Lab & Marine Inspection for 3-4 years
• Able to implement HSE system
• Monitor and supervise operation process
• Good adaptability and highly self-motivated
• Posses strong leadership skill and able to lead the team
• Good communication skill (verbal & written) in English
• Have min 5 year experience in mining industry and superintending services
• Preferably holding a Project Management Professional Certification
• Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Assist Marketing Account Manager in planning, coordinating, fulfill and controlling all activities.
2. Communicate with new/existing customer in order to maintain good relationship and provide better services, and work to grow existing and new customers in order to meet the agreed target
3. Record, maintain and expand database of prospecting client related to Marketing activities to achieve the agreed target.
4. Coordinate with Marketing team in preparing all tender documentations properly in order to ensure the completeness, validity of documentation and also on-time submission to client.
5. Coordinate with sales team to ensure the preparation of the administrative requirements for projects.
6. Assist Marketing Account Manager in preparing the draft agreement and ensure in line with the agreed scope of work, terms and conditions, price, etc.
7. Based on the assignment, monitoring project progress and follow up customer inquiries to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner, and perform continuous improvement.
8. Coordinate with Operation Administration and make invoice after the survey report to be finalized and the invoice will issued by finance Department.
9. Reports periodically to Marketing Account Manager and Head of Branches / Labs for updates on performance weekly and monthly, than sure that all activities can be run as scheduled.
10. Have the initiative to monitoring ongoing jobs & coordinate with clients to ensure that no problem shall happen (Customer Satisfaction is Prioritized).

Requirements :
• Male/Female, minimum Bachelor Degree from any major discipline, preferably from Marketing / Engineering / Business Management.
• Have sales experience preferable in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas / Coal & Mineral / Marine Cargo industry.
• Min 2 Years in Similar Position, having the experience to handle international market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Have excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written), Chinese (preferred).

Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
1. Collate branch’s annual budget to get superior approval, and control the budget usage in effectively and efficiently to support branch’s operational activities.
2. Assessing local market conditions by identifying sales opportunities to day and future sales prospects, as well as to penetrate new customers, to achieve branch targets agreed.
3. Coordinate with related division at head office in preparing proposal, bidding/tender, negotiation, contract agreement and develop product range to be offered to client in order to achieve branch target.
4. Represent management to sign proposal, bidding/tender, negotiation and contract agreement in order to ease the deal process.
5. Coordinate and monitor branch’s operational activities including administration, finance, and human capital function, to be in line with the prevailing policy and procedure in order to achieve the agreed target.
6. Evaluate branch’s performance report to ensure all tasks are accomplished on time according to the agreed budget and comply with the agreed quality standard.
7. Ensuring branch is aligned with corporate values, compliance to company policy, and compliance to accreditation and branch is in excellent condition, working with efficiency, professionalism, and integrity.
8. Build and maintain good relationship with client and related institutional bodies/government in order to support operational activities and achieve branch’s target.
9. Develop, coach, train, and motivate subordinates to enhance their competency and performance in accordance with the branch’s needs.
10. Reports periodically to follow superior’s or Director of Operation’s instruction for any additional assignment in order to support the achievement of company strategic objectives.

Requirements :
• Male, Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major discipline, preferably from Marketing / Engineering / Business Management

Admin Operational

Responsibilities:
1. Set the individual work plan which in line with the agreed work program in order to support company operational activities.
2. Receiving orders of the customer and re-confirm to the customer to ensure the continuation of the process carried out in accordance with orders and fulfil customer’s desires.
3. Prepare all data completeness including accomodation and transport for the surveyor who will conduct the survey costs to support operational activities, in accorance with SOP and Work Instructions, and comply with policies of Health and Safety (K3).
4. Creating a certificate (Certificate of Weight, Certificate of Draught Survey, Certificate of Orign, Laporan Surveyor / LS , and Laporan Hasil Verivikasi/ LHV) based on survey.
5. Creating a certificate (Certificate of Analysis) based on analysis laboratorium.
6. Collecting and reporting Laporan Surveyor (LS) from all branches and send the report to the Ministry of Commerce, Directorate Tax, Mining and Coal Directorate.
7. Collecting and reporting Laporan Hasil Verifikasi from all branches and send the Mining and Coal Directorate.
8. Actively, obtain supporting documentation from the relevant parties, such as gathering information from the Surveyor when they are in survey location for export activities.
9. Filling document (hardcopy/softcopy) and supporting documents to be traced easily when needed.
10. Monitor sales transaction status from sales order to payment.
11. Prepare all required administrative sales supporting documents.
12. Update industrial information in his / her division including competitor information.
13. Support sales team with administrative requirements for projects, such us proposal, preparation off supporting letters, quotations, invoicing preparations and other necessary.
14. Assist Sales and Sales Manager in preparing the draft agreement and ensure in line with the agreed scope of work, term and condition, price, etc.

Requirements :
• Male/Female.
• Minimum Diploma degree from any disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year experience as administration staff.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word,Excel).
• Fluent in English both verbal and writing.
• Good communication skills.
• Would be placed in all branches ( Jakarta, North Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Bengkulu ).

Surveyor

Responsibilities:
1. To collect data or facts related to the work being handled in accordance with WI (Working Instruction) has been determined.
2. Perform collecting sample & prepare survey report in accordance with quality standards that have been established and submitted to the Head of Operations for review (review) and signed before being sent to the customer.
3. Coordinate with relevant parties on the ground (with loading master, manager of the refinery, shipping agency, the ship / boat captain and navigator
4. Reports periodically to Head of Operations.

Requirements :
• Male.
• D3 / S1 Engineering from any majoring: Engineer, Marine, Naval Architect with minimum GPA
2.75.
• Fresh graduates or experience in related industry.
• Having AISI certificate ( Junior Liquid Cargo or Draught Survey ) is preferable.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Good in computer for Microsoft Office.
• Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Would be placed in all branches ( Jakarta, North Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Bengkulu ).

Laboratory Analyst

Responsibilities:
1. Perform coal samples analyzing after sizing process according to the predetermined procedure, quality and QHSE standard.
2. Maintain laboratory equipment to ensure the equipment condition is in good condition and accurate calibration.
3. Prepare analyzes report and ensure the accurate analyzes and timely in accordance with the prevailing procedure, quality and QHSE standard.
4. Reports periodically to Laboratory Supervisor.

Requirements :
• Male or Female.
• Minimum Chemical Analyst from Vocational High School.
• Fresh graduates or experience 1 year as an Analyst is preferable.
• Understanding ISO 17025 standards and regulations.
• Understand the operation of various equipment coal sample analysis (TM, Prox, TS, CV, ULT, AAS, AFT, TE).
• Can perform Water Analysis & CPO (Crude Palm Oil) preferable.
• Would be placed at North Kalimantan.

Preparator

Responsibilities:
1. Preparation process of the coal samples in accordance with the quality standards and QHSE set to achieve an accurate analysis of quality and on time.
2. Using the complete equipment in accordance with the quality standards and QHSE set so avoid accidents.
3. Make coding (corresponding prefix sampler) against the coal sample that has been in preparation to provide information about the location and time of capture coal.
4. Disposal operations on the remaining coal sample and sample files based on the time set in line with QHSE standards.

Requirements :
• Male.
• Minimal Vocational high school graduates or STM.
• Fresh graduates, preferably with experience as a preparator for 1 (one) year.
• Understanding ISO 17025 standards and regulations.
• Understanding preparation equipment (Jaw Crusher-2, 36, Remand Mill-212 micron, Oven, RSD, Crusher-4, 75 mm, Size-size analysis, HGI-Violence Analysis Coal, Scop).
• Have an understanding of and ability to perform the whole process of preparation.

Sampler

Responsibilities:
1. Take the coal sample to be tested in the laboratory and ensure implementation in accordance with quality standards and QHSE set in order to reach the quality of the analysis is accurate and timely.
2. Using the complete equipment in accordance with the quality standards and QHSE set so avoid accidents.
3. Make coding against coal samples were taken to provide information on the location and time of capture coal.

Requirements :
• Male.
• A minimum of High School.
• Fresh graduates, or preferably with experience as a sampler for 1 (one) year.
• Understanding all of the sampling process.

Protective Agent

Responsibilities:
1. To evaluate the mine from aspects of geology, mining, and mine infrastructure
2. To evaluate and provide recommendations related to the process of determining the Coal’s quality
3. To evaluate and provide recommendations related to the process of determining the Coal’s quantity
4. Performe technical training

Requirements :
• Male.
• A minimum of Bachelor degree
• Minimum 5 year experience at mining industry
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Good in computer for Microsoft Office.
• Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work under pressure
