Minimum STM Geodetic/Survey
Having minimum 1 years experience as surveyor on mining industry
Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software
English min. passive
Willing to work at mine site

Implements training activity according to yearly plan and curriculum.
Implements curriculum and developmental programs.
Conduct In-House Training
Recruiting fresh graduates
Responsible for all IR activities

Requirements:
Max 27 years old
Bachelor degree in Engineering/Human Resources/Management;
Minimum 2 years experience in implementation of training and development program
Very good presentation or facilitation skill
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Good communication skills in English
