To support our operations in Indonesia we are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following position:

Operations Secretary
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Travel Arrangement, Organizing Expenses, Document Filing / Record Keeping.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or equivalent.
* Knowledge of computer-based programs, i.e., MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required and SAP prefereable.
* Requires ability to work with senior executives, senior management and ot her secretaries.
* Requires 3+ years of project support experience.

Responsibilities:
* Under broad direction, provides support to the Product Service Line (PSL) Manager.
* Coordinates all corporate administrative activities for PSL between multiple office locations, adjusting and managing routine schedules.
* Uses own judgment and initiative to determine the approach or action to take in non-routine situations.
* Arranges travels, organize timesheets, maintains record, responds to urgent requirement promptly
* Interprets company policies, anticipates and prepares materials needed by the supervisor for conference, correspondence, appointments, meetings, telephone calls, etc. and informs supervisor on matters to be considered.
* Advises related employees on new procedures and requests needed information from related parties.
