PT Meares Soputan Mining is developing the Toka Tindung Gold Project in North Sulawesi. Applicants are invited for the following position:
SUPERINTENDENT COMMUNITY RELATIONS
QUALIFICATONS
1. Degree in business, management or humanities from a recognised university
2. Minimum 5yeers FIFO supervisory experience in community relations involving multiple nationalities and diverse cultural issues within a mining project environment.
3. Experience in handling multi -functional project
4. Demonstrated fluency in writing and spoken English
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in developing procedures to insure compliance with Indonesian laws, regulations and the contract of work. Plan and establish pro-active community relation program and along with manager, function as a spokesperson for the project on matters aliecting the local community. Determine methodology and plans for effective lobbying of local government official in support of company goals. Assist in establishing standards and procedures for relation with various stakeholders in the community to insure our social license to operate continues Manage the development and implementation of community and local business development program.
