1. Geotechnical Modeling Engineer (Code : Geomodel)
2. Operation Head (Code : OH)
3. Pit Geotechnical Section Head / Geotech Model & Development Sect. Head (Code : Geotech SH)
4. Quality Control Supervisor (Code : QC)
5. Purchasing Section Head (Code : PSH)
6. Long Term Mine Plan Supervisor (Code : MPS)
7. SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)
8. Port QC & Blending Officer (Code : PortQC)
9. Land Compensation & External Relation Manager (Code : Land & ER)

1. Geotechnical Modeling Engineer/Geotechnical Engineer (Code : Geotech)

Requirements:
• Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
• “Pratama” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
• Min. 2 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
• Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis and modeling using geotechnical software
• Self motivated and self starter
• Good interpersonal relationship skill
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English

2. Operation Head (Code : OH)

Requirements:
• Male, max 45 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering
• Minimum 7 years experience in mining industry with minimum 5 years in managerial level as Production Department Head
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
• Minimum POM certificate
• Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
• Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Willing to be located in site : South Kalimantan

3. Pit Geotechnical Section Head / Geotech Model & Development Sect. Head (Code : Geotech SH)

• Min. S1 Degree in Geology/Mining Engineering
• “Pratama or Madya” Certification – Mine and Energy – preferred
• Min. 5 years experiences in the geotechnical, large open cut mining and mine engineering
• Mining heavy industry experience is essential
• Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
• Superior skills in the in geotechnical analysis using of geotechnical software of both LEM (Slope/W, Galena, Swedge, etc) & FEM (Phase2, Seep/W, Sigma/W)
• Self motivated and self starter
• Good interpersonal relationship skill
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must possess good communication skill in Indonesian and English
• Have experience in river / creek diversion is an advantage

4. Quality Control Supervisor(Code : QC)

Responsibilities:
• To provide the coal quality and processing plan which guides the mining operation in alignment with the clients coal requirements. Paramount in this is the profitability of the mining operation

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Geology
• Minimum 2 – 3 year experience in a similar role at coal projects as Coal Quality Control
• Knowledge and understanding of clients, consultants, suppliers & subcontractors
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking
• Computer literacy
• Ready worked in remote area

5. Purchasing Section Head (Code : PTS)

Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years old
• Minimum S1 Degree in Mechanical/Civil
• Minimum 5 years experience as Purchasing Technical
• Having good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skill in team, self motivated person and independent
• Computer Literate in using MS office
• Willing to be located in remote area

6. Long Term Mine Plan Supervisor (Code : MPS)

Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Mining Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum 5 Years Experience as mine plan engineer in coal mining industry
• Having POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certificate is preferable
• Computer Literate in using MS office and mining software such as: minescape, minex and surpac
• Good analytical ability and have a good problem solving
• Having good leadership, general managerial, project management, good analytical and problem solving
• Ready worked in remote area

7. SHE Supervisor (Code : SHE)

Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Environmental Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in coal mining industry
• Having POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certificate is preferable
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Well understanding about mining operation
• Good knowledge about Safety/K3 procedure and regulation, and environmental management
• Has the ability to draft health, safety and Environment (HSE) strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Willing to be placed in site

8. Port QC & Blending (Code : PortQC)

Responsibilities:
• Manage all port activities consist of: weight bridges, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, thanshipment, and quality assurance
• Monitoring all operation documentations
• To ensure the harmony and good cooperation between the company, Agent And the port terminal Operator

Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree in Maritime Studies/Geologist or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experienced in the management of the coal stockpile, coal crushing and loading
• Having a good knowledge, negotiation skill, and leadership
• Applicants must be willing to work in remote area

9. Land Compensation & External Relation Manager (Code : Land & ER)

Job Description :
• Responsible to develop and lead the short, medium, and long-term Land Compensation projects
• Set up guidelines and mechanism for a comprehensive conflict resolution in accordance with GEMs business conduct. Conflict often times involve community, local government and local NGOs in demanding GEMs for compensation and other benefits
• Synchronize all Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives, especially for community development long-term programs with multi-year basis and integrate those programs with district local development plan
• Seize opportunities to forge strategic partnership with external agencies to support community development program in the whole area of Contract of Work
• Working effectively and collaterally with immediate colleagues and others in cross-functional relationships, on tasks within the context of corporate policy, values, and culture
• Develop strategic recommendations to management on how to optimize near-term stability
• Identify, assess and provide recommendation in regard to strategic issues;
• Develop mutual trust relations with Local Government that will support GEMs long-term business and show GEMs business ethics
• Develop capacity building for Local Government and community leader to Contract of Work and Good Mining Practice
• Develop & maintain relations with Government to ensure permits/ license/ supporting letter required for GEMs operation & project are obtained in timely manner, particularly social licenses of GEMs business plan

Requirements:
• Minimum S1 Degree from social science preferably in Sociology, Anthropology, Legal and other relevant social sciences
• Minimum 3-year experience in land acquisition
• Minimum 5-year experience in dealing/ having work relations with government (central government, provincial or regional government)
• Experience in processing permits/ licenses to government in relation to Contract of Work or other Mining permits
• Speaking & Active listening
• Excellent negotiation & leadership skill

• Able to work under pressure

10. Plantation General Manager (Code : PGM)

Responsibilities:
• Perencanaan dalam pembangunan dan pemeliharaan kebun karet
• Menguasai teknikal penanaman karet
• Menguasai man power planning dalam perkebunan karet

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 Jurusan Agronomi/Pertanian
• Laki-laki, Usia 35 – 45 Tahun
• Minimum Pengalaman 5 Tahun dalam bidang Perkebunan Karet
• Mengerti tentang teknis penanaman karet
• Memiliki pengalaman dalam management penanaman karet
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas ke site
