Responsibilities

Long Description :
Staffing Coordinator

Basic Function :
Implement and conduct manpower sourcing and assist recruitment process to fulfill the manpower needs of each Division/Department in timely basis and assist recruiter in providing qualified resume.

Job Responsibility :
1. Implement manpower sourcing and recruitment policies and procedures to ensure its running accordance to current policies and procedures.
2. Implement approved manpower sourcing method and strategy and ensure it fulfills the need of qualified talent in timely manner.
3. Conduct daily activities of manpower sourcing to ensure data and budget allocation are well maintained during sourcing process.
4. Assist superior in liaise with Manpower Supplier, GOI, Headhunters, Institutions or Recruitment Agencies to search the most suitable candidates.
5. Conduct and coordinate with related parties to arrange job fairs and ensure the event runs smoothly to gather qualified talents.
6. Assist superior in monitoring and reviewing Labor/Manpower Supplier’s contract activities to ensure that they are running their business in line with company policies and Master Service Agreement for both National Staff and Non-Staff provision and in compliance with the GoI Regulation, Labor Law and regulations.
7. Conduct and coordinate with recruiters by providing qualified resume needed and ensure smooth running hiring process.
8. Recommend necessary improvement in manpower sourcing and recruitment process to ensure its will support to achieve business goals.

° Ability to search and provide qualified talent pool to fulfill business needs in timely and professional manner and maintain effective networking with all related parties.
