In Indonesia, PT Orica Mining Services currently seeks suitable personnel to fill the following position:

Operational & Business Process Accounting Manager

Essential Skills/Experience:

Requirements:
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting
• A minimum of 6 years experience in accounting and auditing with a public accounting firm
• Big 4 and MNC experience is preferred
• Have at least 3 years of SAP, Oracle and/or comparable software experience, particularly in the areas of inventory, fixed asset and general ledger modules
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
• Sarbanes – Oxley experience is strongly desired
• Experienced in preparing budgets and management of operational costs
• Will support the commercial team during the business proposal process
• Drive process improvement across inventory and warehousing activities
• Excellent energetic team player with demonstrated interpersonal skills. This will be a senior role within the Finance team
• Based out of Jakarta but will require regular travel to Kalimantan
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experienced within warehouse operations and inventory management
• Demonstrate professionalism through positive, cooperative and customer-relationship building attitude
• Keep lines of communication open with all levels of organization, and have excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical, managerial and organisational skills
• Ability and desire to work autonomously serving as advisor (problem-solver attitude) and independently manage responsibilities (goal setting skills)
