Sabah Shell Petroleum Company Ltd (993229-W) is a Shell Malaysia upstream company engaged in exploration and production of petroleum resources in Sabah under production sharing contracts. The company operates oil fields located offshore Sabah and has recently recorded several significant new offshore discoveries, auguring well for Shell’s continued long-term presence in Sabah. We currently have positions available in Labuan, Malaysia.

Occupational Health Nurse – Labuan
(Sabah – Labuan)

Requirements:
* Registered as a State Registered Nurse (SRN) with the Nursing Board, Ministry of Health Malaysia; or registered as a Registered Medical Assistant with the Medical Assistants Board, Ministry of Health Malaysia
* In possession of annual practicing certificate (as SRN or Medical Assistant) from the Ministry of Health Malaysia
* More than 5 years post-registration experience
* Experience in Occupational Health or a certificate in Occupational Health Nursing is an advantage
* Qualification as a First Aid/CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) instructor and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) provider is an advantage
* A valid visa or authorisation to work in Malaysia is required for this position
* A competitive remuneration package based on the prevailing conditions, policies and legislation in Malaysia will be offered for this position
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:
* Carrying out health surveillance, medical examinations and biomedical testing of employees and dependents
* Maintaining and compiling health records and medical statistics
* Carrying out Health Risk Assessment, Repetitive Strain Injury, workstation and other health risk assessments
* Carrying out health programmes for the location
* Working independently in managing clinic
* Conducting First Aid refresher training
* Managing provision of Company and 3rd party medical services to staff and their dependents
