We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

ASSET ENGINEER

(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
To prepare and provide comprehensive engineering approach and analysis to Asset Management operation in Energy sector (Mining, Oil and Gas Services, Construction) w.g. (but not limited to): Asset Life Cycle Cost, Rate, New asset purchase analysis, Asset disposal analysis, Asset improvement analysis etc, which eventually support effective and efficient Asset Management operation.

Requirements:
• Graduate degree (S1) in Engineering preferably in Mechanical Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with ldifferent/ower academic qualification) is highly considered (min. 5 yrs)
• Min. 3 (three) yrs experience in Asset Management / Maintenance especially few years on-site
• Able to use computer well ie MS Office suite, especially spreadsheet application and CMMS (is a plus)
• Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English, on both verbal & written
• Willing to travel to site in remote area
• Own high ethic and practice good attitude at work, strong willing to perform and grow, willing and able to work under high pressure whilst maintaining the quality of the result

Responsibilities:
• Prepare & maintain Asset rate (especially mobile equipment).
• Prepare & maintain LCC (life Cycle Cost) to provide realistic LCC.
• Maintain LCC through periodical review, to see the LCC fitness.
• Prepare analysis on asset actual performance.
• Prepare & provide light recommendation in determining predictable asset performance, revenue and asset risk.
• Prepare & provide relevant data for Mtc Budget, Reforecast and Tendering new project budget.
• Support relevant effort & work/task to achieve Asset Management Group (AMG) objectives by referring to internal Petrosea policy.
• Identify hazards and risks during task completion in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
• Ensure work performed conforms with Health Safety and Enviromental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.

CLIENT RELATION
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Develop long-term relationship by identifying best-fit solutions for Clients’ needs to ensure that the needs are met and exceeded the expectations & lead tendering processes for the assigned Clients existing and new project.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree from Business Management or relevant major from reputable university.
• Min. 4 years working experiences in Oil & Gas related business, with min. 2 years working experiences in tender or proposal preparation and administration and/or any position which require direct interaction with Clients.
• Have a sufficient understanding of Logistics Business
• Strong network in Oil & Gas upstream business and its support services.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English, both oral and written
• Can be relied upon company confidential information.

Responsibilities:
• Account Management coverage, to meet with key personnel accounts and third party collaborators to discuss opportunities and needs for growth of the business.
• Identify and understand specific client requirements, focus on specific opportunities; promote company services, company’s products, service/product differentiators and added value benefits.
• Lead tendering process for the assigned client’s existing and new project to ensure client requirements are clearly defined and appropriate responses are incorporated into the company tender submission.
• Responsible for all Clients’ documents process in line with Client’s expectations.
• Conducting a proper contract handover to internal interfaces.
• Coordinate an effective team approach to handling client requirements and delivering the necessary responses in a timely manner.
• Completing regular performance review meetings with Client to ensure all contract requirements are being delivered in accordance with company procedures.
• Understand our competitors’ market offering and their activities within the market sectors we operate.
• Ensure line reports deliver against respective operational, performance and business objectives.
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

SENIOR CIVIL ESTIMATOR
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
To prepare detailed cost estimates the Company can have confidence in, all in accordance with Company procedures and accepted good practice for the industry. Actively assist the Estimating Team to continually enhance estimating procedures and processes. Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times.

Requirement:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
• Min. 5 years working experiences, with minimum 2 years as an estimator. Preferably has experience in Material Handling Works
• May require local & overseas travel for site visits as well as occasional short term assignments to work in other Petrosea / Indika offices, partners offices etc.
• Overtime working will be required from time to time
• May require acting as a Lead Estimator and/or Tender Manager
• May require to be rotated as a Project Engineer on site once Petrosea can secure the project.
• Strong background in technical aspect of project site supervision, technical standard, method of work, calculation, and preferably also in design work
• Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project, preferably also AutoCAD, Primavera, Tecla, Helix

Responsibilities:
• Review proposal specifications and drawings and attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
• Investigate site before bid, identifying waste area, borrow area and dump sites and review detailed report of existing local conditions, available facilities and technical capabilities.
• Review and monitor Estimate is built up methodically and in sufficient detail and is in accordance with good estimating practice. Sufficient explanatory notes are to be included referring the location of supplementary information.
• Review and monitor that a comprehensive Subcontract Enquiry Package is sent only to Company Approved Subcontractors for any “major subcontract” work. Terms and conditions of the Subcontract Package must be back to back with the head contract. Comprehensive Subcontract Enquiry Packages to be reviewed by all Division functional departments.
• Review and monitor Subcontractor responses are properly evaluated and the results tabulated on a Subcontractor Bid Evaluation spreadsheet.
• Analyze and recommend (with the Bid Manager and Lead Estimator) the “big ticket” items in the Estimate and proactively works on these with the bid team with a value added outcome as the aim.
• Analyze benchmarking productivities to be applied to the Estimate against recognized industry norms. The productivity uplift/discount shall be shown separately for each bill item in the estimate.
• Prepare evaluation and ranking of risks as well as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to Company. R&O Matrix is to serve as the basis for estimating an appropriate contingency allowance for inclusion in the Cost Estimate.
• Review design options and recommend best solution based on cost, engineering quality or availability of materials Prepare estimates by calculating complete take-off of scope of work; price work items

ASSET ADMIN OFFICER
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Execute day-to-day activities in all relevant matters pertaining with administrative process within Engineering Department Asset Management which include (but not limited to): providing and monitoring the complete document of asset purchase, Insurance closing, Asset status & LTD hours, maintain Asset register, CER monitoring for new machine and CAPEX Component, and Asset purchase price database.

Requirements:
• Graduate degree (S1) preferably in Business Administration or Engineering, candidate with proven extensive experience (with lower academic qualification) is highly considered (min 6 years).
• Preferably to have 3 (three) years experiences in administration related to Mining/oil and gas industries or 1 (one) year experience in Asset Management.
• Able to use computer well i.e. MS Office suite, especially spread sheet application and CMMS (is a plus).
• Able to communicate in at least Bahasa and English (practical level), on both verbal & written.
• Willing to work/travel to any Petrosea work location include project site.
• Own high ethic, strong willing to perform and grow, willing and able to work under high pressure (including do overtime) whilst maintaining the quality of the result.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to prepare and maintain the complete data of purchased Asset, to some extent, ageing machine may not having complete data, yet major purchasing document must be exist to support re-sale process and eventually to provide Complete & Accurate asset documents.
• Responsible to prepare new asset purchase documents with smooth process & complete data of new asset purchase or existing asset rebuild.
• Responsible to do daily day-to-day CER CAPEX Component process at Head office level include liaise & expedite the approval process & distribute update.
• Responsible to prepare and collect operation data on asset.
• Responsible to prepare Insurance declaration for all PTP asset, with proper sum-insured value.
• Support relevant effort & work/task to achieve Asset Management Group (AMG) objectives by referring to internal Petrosea policy.
• Identify hazards and risks during task completion in order to minimize exposure to personnel and the environment.
• Ensure work performed conforms with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.
