Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km² that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (CoW) covering a total area of 1,639 km².

The resource base on 31 December 2016 includes 7.5 Moz of gold and 67 Moz of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is in excess of 5 mtpa ore to produce in excess of 300,000 oz of gold and 2-3 Moz of silver per annum.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR (PRO 1707042)
This position will be based in Martabe Site within Processing Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks On ; 2 weeks Off and reports directly to the Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent.

Role of this position is to ensure the mechanical maintenance execution teams, led by front line supervisors achieve their daily and weekly planned activities. The role supports the mechanical maintenance superintendent by managing and coordinating the day to day activities of the mechanical maintenance teams including shift crew maintenance, materials handling and mechanical rebuild workshop. The Mechanical Maintenance Coordinator works closely with short term maintenance planning and process operations supervisors and coordinator to ensure the daily and weekly maintenance plan is executed to the best level of compliance possible.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experiences:
1. Degree Qualified mechanical Engineering or Experienced Qualified Mechanical tradesperson
2. 7 years or more in maintenance supervisory or planning roles in minerals processing facilities
3. Thorough knowledge of occupational health and safety within the mineral processing industry, specifically related to maintenance of fixed plant equipment.
4. Superior ability to fault find and identify reliability issues with fixed plant mineral processing operations.
5. Effective skills to be able to develop a workforce in the correct maintenance, installation, alignment and fault finding of mechanical plant in a mineral processing environment.
6. Ability to deliver effective written and oral instructions including the interpretation of engineering standards and drawings.
7. A thorough understanding on the mechanical workings and maintenance of materials handling systems (screens, conveyors, vibrating feeders), crushing plants, grinding circuits, pumping and pipeline systems
8. Capable of supervising a workforce of mechanical maintenance personnel in the execution of planned and breakdown work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
9. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
10. Superior work ethic, be able to effectively communicate with all staff and display a high degree of respect to the local people and their culture
11. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others as part of a team and contribute to a harmonious working environment.
12. Enthusiasm, self-motivation and the ability to maintain direction and achieve work objectives with minimal supervision

SUPERVISOR CAMP & CATERING
(CS 1711065)
This position will be based at Martabe Site within Camp Services Department, and reports directly to the Superintendent Services.

The Role of the Supervisor Camp & Catering is to supervise camp and catering operations within Martabe site. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of scope of works the Catering Contractors GDSK. Ensure day to day camp and catering operations running well which including housekeeping services, laundry services, functions & events, and catering services.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Minimum Degree of Diploma III in Hospitality or Bachelor Degree in related discipline
2. Have minimum 3 years of experience in supervision of camp operations in Mining Operations
3. Good understanding and experiences in catering or related food service area
4. Good understanding in food safety standard, food preparation, presentation and customer service
5. Good understanding of kitchen equipment and maintenance
6. Good Speak and write in English
7. Excellent skill in MS Office, Outlook, Presentation
8. Good customer service oriented
9. Strong supervisory and interpersonal skill.
