Announced on May 18, 2010, PTTEP and its consortium won the exploration rights for four blocks in offshore Indonesia.

We are looking for eligible candidate to join our growing multinational company in below position :

Technical Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
Assist technical staff (geologists / geophysicists / engineers) in preparing various kinds of technical data/ document e.g. geological and geophysical maps, drawings, presentation, etc., transfer and interpret data from & into project database system and other supporting systems.
Prepare various technical reports, handouts, presentation graphics, and presentation materials for asset and/or project meetings.
Support Exploration team for BPMIGAS documents, Partners
Provide technical assistance services and support to geologists, geophysicists, engineers and staffs as required
Establish and maintain filing and storage systems for all technical data and materials, as well as maintain drafting and drawing instruments in good working conditions
Follow the Company’s SSHE rules and regulations in all work under responsibility.

Age 24-30
Bachelor Degree in Geology, Geography, Information Management or geological related field.
Experience in oil and gas industry with knowledge in basic petroleum E&P operations is preferable
Ability to use software on Workstation and PC computer including CAD, Photoshop, power point, word processing, spreadsheet, etc
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good attitude and service-minded.
Good communication skills.

Office Administrative Assistant

Most office administrative assistant duties revolve around answering phones, sending and receiving correspondence, maintaining files, arranging business travel request, operational cars as well as greeting guests or visitors.

Job Responsibilities:

Planning and Scheduling
Planning events like board meetings and luncheons. This may require researching suppliers’ prices or inquiring about facility availability. Other duties may include scheduling appointments and preparing presentation materials.

Organizing and managing company’s files
Organizing and managing website
Handling mail Organizing and managing distribution and control

General Office Administration
Organizing and managing business travel request including air ticket/ hotel booking/ transportation etc
Organizing and managing operational car
Be responsible for meeting arrangement/ audio/ visual services
Organizing and managing office furniture and equipment including maintenance services
Organizing and managing office supply inventory and ordering
Be a focal point with Building Management
Be responsible for switchboard/ reception/ cleaning service

Age 24-30
Bachelor Degree in any major of science
Experience in oil and gas industry is preferable
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good attitude and service-minded.
Good communication skills.
Excellent health
