We are seeking experienced people for the following positions :

SUPERVISOR TYRE – 925492
(GBU Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• The scopes of your role will include but not limited to monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide services to the satisfaction of all tyres and users;
• Responsible for tyre repair and tyre fitter crew safety;
• Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list: front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule, tyre condition check on the unit in DOOD;
• Ensure the operated unit is assembled with appropriate tyre, rock ejector, tyre valve caps, valve bracket and bolt/nut;
• Monitor and maintain important tyre tools and equipment such as: pneumatic wrench, pneumatic torque tools, pneumatic grinding and buffing tools that all must be provided with maintained and clean air/water separator, pressure regulator and line oiler;
• Cooperating with tyre administration in performing inventory of tyres, rims and tubes stock every month: Preparing consumable spare such as tyres, rims and its component, repair good and tools as we as tyre tools.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Senior High School or TCI Apprentice graduate; Substantial experience in a similar or related role. You should; proactive; communicative; good management responsible & adaptable.

SUPERVISOR MECHANIC – TRUCK/DOZER/GRADER – 925495
(GBU Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved;
• ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of the equipment repairs;
• ensure plant operational activities are completed in a safe, timely, efficient, environmentally aware and cost conscious manner;
• ensure there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets; participate in the planning process to manage forward purchasing activities for components and parts; assist Plant Planning & Sites in the development of structured plant maintenance schedules; optimize major rebuild schedules with Plant Planning;
• Manage the relevant mobile plant assets to ensure 90% availability by proactive and continuous improvements to the asset base;
• lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure required performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results; proactively train workforce to meet plant operational requirements; liaise with OEM’s, dealers and suppliers to purchase parts and to optimize plant operational and cost performance

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Mechanic with relevant qualification in Mechanical & Auto Electrical HE Repair and Plant Supervision in mining industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair; mechanical & auto electrical repair experience in experience in Truck/Dozer/Grader unit : Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi ; handling diagnostic skill in all aspects of electrical repairs;
• Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; able to work under pressure are preferred character traits;

SUPERVISOR SERVICE – 925491
(GBU Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Ensure all necessary actions are taken to rectify any faults identified by the inspections in accordance with the correct procedures;
• Responsibility to avoid re-work jobs; quality assurance for all workshop/servicebay and field tasks, achieved by continual monitoring of work in progress and the procedures that are being used; all maintenance reports to be completed accurately and on time;
• Ensure personal accurately complete personal time cards daily;
• Ensure when approving store issues that parts are required and the most cost effective repair option is being used;
• Ensure all parts required for Service and know work are ordered promptly and their progress checked regularly with warehousing and planning; ensure correct manpower levels for Service work with planning department; ensure work is completed on time and operations are notified; ensure completed equipment is registered with plant dispatcher and transferred to the GO-LINE.

What skills and experience do you need?
• a minimum Senior/technical High School recognized industry trade qualification; minimum 1 year experience in a same role at mine site or minimum 2 years experience in leading hand of mechanical service department; experience in leading a team, good Computer literacy, having strong motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

COORDINATOR SAFETY OPERATION – 925635
(Melak Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Implementing and coordinating of the safety program for all department activities in compliance with TCI and client standards and procedures and act as an expert safety trainer, advisor, inspector, and investigator as required;
• Lease with the project Superintendent Safety to identify programs to ensure Safety compliance;
• Conducts internal monthly audits of all department and subcontractor;
• formulate operation safety improvement program and monitor of the implementation of the program;
• Conduct inspection of specific high risk work activities and follow through on outcomes;
• Ensure compliance with TCI Safety program and checking programs are in place;
• Prepare Operation safety yearly program as guidance;
• Participate and conduct risk assessments and participate in risk assessment programmes were required;
• Participate in all high risk incident investigations and ensure that records are kept as per TCI and client requirements;
• Participate in and keep records of weekly checks, monthly internal TCI audit and follow up action plans, ensuring that accurate Safety records are always available for Auditing;
• Provide direction, advice, assistance and materials to Department Heads and members to helps them fulfil their Safety responsibilities ;

What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications, have experience in open pit coal mining operation practice is more preferable with 5 years’ experience as Coordinator Safety position;
• The candidate should have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard (SMK3, OHSAS 18001:2007, M-Safe) and government safety regulation; understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities; Familiar with Safety management at all levels, Focus on Risk Management.

OFFICER SAFETY – 925632
(Melak Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Co-ordinate the implementation of the project safety management program to ensure the identification and control of workplace risks to minimize exposure to personal injury and plant and equipment damage;
• Assist line Supervisor and Superintendent to meet their OH&S accountabilities;
• Participate in all safety work related activities to gain understanding of all TCI safety management systems and programs develop a monthly safety flash based on incident trends;
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly bases safety report including plant safety performance, SBO achievement, inspection, 10 high risk jobs;
• Follow-up and monitoring to relevant person for all corrective action from OSM, inspection, internal audit, corporate audit including external safety audit update and review plant risk assessment periodically maintained plant safety management systems implementation including planning, implementation, check & monitoring, and review based on OHSAS18001 “Safety Management Systems”
• Manage all elements of safety data to improve safety performance.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications, have experience on mining operation practice is more preferable, with minimum of 5 years’ experience as Safety Officer.

Some of your duties will include:
• Accountable to ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved;
• Ensure work safely and follow all work place safety procedures;
• Organise subordinate for job execution as per plan & supervisor direction; Ensure daily job execution is followed as per supervisor or superintendent instruction;
• Perform scheduled & unscheduled mechanical job;
• Ensure all jobs are reported to Info mine for input into OCDC and monitoring of machine status; Initiative asking about job to supervisor, communicate to supervisor or inspector for daily basis;
• Prepare paper work related to daily work execution (area inspection, PRF, safety target etc.); Analyse faults and repairs to the machine;
• Work towards minimizing DOOD and equipment down time;
• Ensure all mechanical inspections and failure reports are carried out correctly;
• Ensure all parts are ordered correctly and followed up accordingly;
• Maintain good communication between mechanics, leading hands and supervisors;
• Ensure all defect are carried out and close all WO’s open if all job has been done;
• Make hand over job clearly to shift Leading hand or supervisor;
• Maintain housekeeping as daily basis.

What skills and experience do you need?
• A Bachelor Degree holder in Mechanical Engineer, 10 years working experience in the area of mechanical repair and supervision in mining industry, planning of mechanical repair and previous experience worked to budgets.
