ATTORNEY, GEOMARKET
The Attorney Geomarket is a junior member of the Geomarket Legal Team who, under the supervision of the Legal Counsel, Geomarket assists with the provision of legal assistance and advice in support of GeoMarket operations
Requirement:
• Law degree from a recognized Indonesian university
• LLM from a European or US university (optional)
• Ideal age should be between 25 and 27 years old
• Indonesian Nationality
• Good verbal and written English
Professional Legal Experience/Expertise:
• 3 to 5 year post law degree experience in a leading Indonesian Law firm or an international law firm and/or in-house counsel experience with a multinational company or an Indonesian company with international operations
• Proficiency in Indonesian civil and commercial law in general, including experience with civil law, company law, labor law, administrative law and knowledge of tax, import/export, intellectual property and criminal law;
• Instruction, management and/or coordination of outside counsels, including handling complex litigation;
• Supply chain/distribution contracts;
• Oilfield industry and oilfield contracts knowledge (optional).
Skills:
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with culturally diverse people;
• Ability to travel to all locations as required by Legal Counsel;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Ability to understand, analyze and use facts quickly and logically;
• Ability to respond to operational needs on a timely basis, including outside of normal working hours when necessary;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Teamwork/people management.
