IT SITE OFFICER
(Permanent Employee: Site Based)

Monitor and maintain site server/system in order to provide server/system administration and technical support for site IT infrastructure system as well as assist the IT Operation Supervisor in all other related duties that pertains to IT infrastructure.

Requirements:
• Min 2 (two) year experiences at the same field
• Demonstrated competency in supporting Windows XP/Vista/7/10 maintenance and troubleshooting
• Advance knowledge in Windows XP/Vista/7/10

• Conduct daily / morning check / monitoring site’s file / print server , server / blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system and logs, to ensure stable and greater reliability of dedicated site ICT portal
• Monitor, manage and maintain the condition and information (movement, repair, assignment and returns) of assets related to IT which includes but not limited to PC, laptop, server, network switches, routers, radio equipment and mobile phone
• Monitor and maintain the condition of site’s file / print server, server / blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system in order to meet SLA requirements.

SENIOR FMS ENGINEER
(Permanent Employee : Head Office, Bintaro)

Deploy and maintain the company’s mining technology and systems to enable the Mining Business Line to achieve its plan.

Requirements:
• Min Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or foreman/supervisor with min 7 year experience.
• Min 4 (four) years experience as a Mining Engineer especially with experience running Fleet Management System.

DATA PROCESSING ENGINEER

Performs maintain FMS database and reporting

Requirements:
• Min diploma degree in Information Technology, Bachelor degree are preferable
• Min 3 (three) years experience in database and developer
• Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology
• Preferably has knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, web and database servers

Manage, monitor, control, and analyze operation data, processes, procedures and performance on-sites to ensure mining improvement processes and tasks are in line with organization goal.

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical or Industrial
• At least 4 years working experience in open cut mining operations especially at Continuous Improvement section
• Strong computer skills, preference is competent using statistical software application such as MINITAB

CONTRACT ENGINEER – MINING
(Permanent Employee- Site Based)

Prepare and provide report regarding production and financial performance; monitor and ensure activities based on costing plan; maintain and monitor vendor responsibility matrix data.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree from Engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences in Contract Management
• Requires travel to Project locations as required
• Vendor/suppliers/subcontractors meetings and visits
• Understand basic Coal Mining cost concept, activity based costing and cost accounting

Responsibilities:
• Assist superior to provide the cost report and Profit & Loss report, activity based costing report for the Project Daily, Weekly and Monthly Report in accordance with reporting deadlines to monitor achieving production and financial project.
• Detecting and reporting discrepancies, defaults or non-conformities in the Project Cost Forecast or records to the Project Manager as soon as they become known.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Claims and to ensure the subsequent invoice is submitted and payment received within the payment terms of the Contract.
• Check that the cost element on each PR are correct also check that the remaining budget for the cost code is sufficient to cover proposal purchase, ascertaining PO has been cover proposed costs are considered to be committed and refer to the budget.
• Monitor contract implementation to ensure that both, client and company follow the contractual requirements of the contract to ensure that company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.
• Create eARF / PR on system for additional/replacement of rental/hire unit.
• Monitor PR / PO routing approval.
• Check subcontractor invoice based on contract and create PR / PO for subcontractor invoice.
• Provide COP & back charge notice and send to subcontractor.
• Intense communication with vendor to monitor vendor responsibility based on Matrix responsibility between both parties.

DEWATERING ENGINEER
(Permanent Employee – Site Based)

Requirements:
• Min bachelor degree in Mining Engineering / Civil Engineering.
• Min 3 (three) years experience in mining industry.
• Familiar with pit dewatering control, drainage, dump and rehabilitation plan
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill.
• Good communication and coordination skill.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.
• Willing to be placed in all Petrosea site project

Responsibilities:
• To manage the dewatering requirements of a large open-pit coal mining
• To manage the in-pit sumps, pumps and pumping stations, pipelines, conduits and channelling required to keep the pit floors and walls free of standing water.
• To manage high volume/high head pumps and to forecast and maintain adequate spares. The pumps will be initially diesel and later electric, and be semi-mobile mounted on skids.
• Managing the basic aspects of the electric power supply inwards from the transformer to the pumping stations.
• Many of the sumps will be temporary and re-dug as the bench is mined out. The Dewatering engineer must be able to efficiently and quickly move pumps, cables and pipelines from sump to sump without damage to the equipment.
• To manage mine water run-off, directing it into collection networks and storage areas. Some of the water will have acid rock drainage (ARD) potential and has to be carefully managed.

DISPATCHER ENGINEER
(Permanent Employee – Site Based)

Monitor and supervise production activities an effective fleet management system by analyse and investigate reason for failure to comply with productivity target using the selected system.

Requirements:
• Min bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or foreman/supervisor with min 7 year experience
• Min 2 (two) years experience as a Mining Engineer especially for running Fleet Management System

GEOLOGIST & GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER
(Permanent Employee – Site Based)

Provide geological and geo-technical support to mine planning and mining operations that ensure all planning based on an accurate process of reserves and optimization and perform geotechnical assessment, field monitoring, develop and produced standards in geotechnical related activities to ensure safe and environmentally reliable production.

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology or Engineering Geology or Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Min. 2 years experiences in mining or related area.
• Required to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
• Capable & competence using Slide software
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in Site Project and travel to others as requested.

Responsibilities:
• Collect, validate and process all necessary geological information to interpolate and define the basic geological model used in mine planning or client negotiations.
• Develop geological database, control variance, and updates model to assist accurate mine planning process
• Compile weekly and monthly report model and survey variance, analyse and recommend geological aspect for mine sequences and operations
• work with surveyors to monitor, calculate and control coal recovery measurement in order to develop database and coal mining operational applied to the procedure
• Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a set of standard operating procedures to ensure that operations understand and operate in accordance with mine planning recovery parameters.
• Review and analyse geotechnical report from client included parameters and design specification and recommend necessary technical advice if required
• Check and monitor report of slope stability and drain hole to ensure that the slope movement calculation is well identified and recorded properly
• Develop geotechnical awareness for mine plan engineers and mining operations personnel related to proper process, implementation and safe operations
• Closely monitor work practices and face locations to ensure that operations are guided through any geological discontinuities or geo-technical complications that may affect mining performance.

MINING FOREMAN

Provides first level of supervision over a several mining sections of the mining production resources at the mine projects to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements:
• Min High School Graduate.
• Min 3 years as Mining Operator Lead Hand for High Scholl graduate and 1 year as Mining Foreman for Mining Engineer graduate.
• Good Command in English.
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirement.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan.
• Supervise the performance of operators, technicians. Lead hands and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance.
• Monitor and control mining production and productivity on an hourly basis including loading / unloading point to ensure smooth day to day operations.
• Ensure a good communication and relationship with Client representative at Pit area.
• Responsible to mine execution plans and necessary production and safety targets, understand the daily, weekly and monthly plans and targets, make sure clear understanding from subordinates.
• Communicate with workshop in regards to repairing downed equipment and assistance in a timely manner to ensure scheduled PM equipment is given to Maintenance team on time.

MINING SUPERINTENDENT (DOZER PUSH)

Monitor and control mining operation in term of support mining project manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with company’s project safety and environmental policy.

Requirements:
• Min Bachelor degree in mining
• Min. 8 years previous experiences in mining operation (production)
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Familiar with mining software
• Strong experience in dozer push operation at Mining Industry
• Good communication and leadership skill3

Responsibilities:
• Lead and monitor mining operations staff on their day to day mining operation, monitor and control mining equipment usage to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations in order to achieve production targets and schedule in line with the mine plan.
• Develop and monitor weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
• Support and monitor the implementation of long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process, provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control achieving the long term mine plan.
• Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Mining Engineering/Civil Engineering with min. 4 years experiences in mining operations.

• Strong experience in dozer push operation at Mining Industry
• Willing to work at pit mining area with shift roster (day and night).
• Have strong leadership and communication skills.

Lead Mine Planning Engineer and resources to produce mine plans & schedules based on breakdown planning from Mine Planning Head Office Team and ensure all processes and implementation based on Plan, complete with relevant system and procedures that support the mining operations to achieve Project objectives within budgetary and contractual constraints.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in a mining related Engineering discipline
• Min. 4 years experiences in mining industry, including at least 2 years in Mine Planning

• Prepare detailed 3WRP (three week rolling plan) referred to monthly plan and 3MRP (three months rolling plan).
• Review Client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the Project quality system are understood and implemented.
• Proactively identify variations to the Contract and cooperate with the Commercial Team to follow through on claiming variations.
• Contribute to the development of the Three Monthly, Monthly and other short term detailed Mine Plans to integrate with the Mining Operations.
• Provide the necessary paraments needed by the Mining operations on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term Mine Plan.
• Closely monitor work practices and output to ensure that the integrity, clarity and thoroughness of the information that is produced by the project Mine Planning function is of a high standard and relevant to the requirements.
• Maintains a strong capability in the mine planning software and ensures that mine engineering staff are similarly up to date with their skills.
• Contribute to the development of long term schedules for integration into shorter term mine plans for utilisation at Petrosea’s Mining operations (using PTP specified scheduling software).
• Monitor and coordinate engineering activities to ensure efficient production of engineering plans to meet contract program requirements.

TRAINING FOREMAN (DOZER PUSH)
(Permanent Employee : Site Based)

Train and assess theory, practical, and safety of operating technique the machine / Heavy Equipment according to machine / HE product operating manual and Company Standard Operating Procedure.

Requirements:
• Min. Senior High School, preferred Diploma Degree in Mining or Geology.
• Min. 3 years experiences in Mining and Heavy Equipment.
• Has proficient knowledge about Mining processes.
• Strong experience in dozer push operation at Mining Industry
• Good presentation and leadership skill.
• Good communication in English & Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).

Responsibilities:
• Prepared training material (Handout, Presentation & Assessment).
• Deliver the training for all operators, both in class and job training, reminding of unsafe action and unsafe condition to all employees.
• Conduct refresh training for operator skills and knowledge based on field observations and productivity data, theory test and practical to all of candidate procedure.
• Show the operating technique of the machine according to operating procedure.
• Conduct assessment and make recommendation according to result examination.
• Work closely with the Operation Team, Maintenance Team, HR, and HSE Dept. to ensure the right people are in the right place, follow up on a regular basis and be prepared to fill in and support the operations team as required.
• Test potential New Hire Operators, assess skills, evaluate report and make recommendations.
• Support all Heavy Equipment productivities, efficiencies and cycle time improvement especially in Dozer Push.
• Maintain and make daily and weekly report.
• Make and presented a safety tool box meeting.
• Operated the machine / HE according KIMPER.
• Monitor and support operational of training simulator equipment technically.

SENIOR CONTRACT ENGINEER
(Assignment: Kalimantan Tengah)

Review, monitor and control the implementation of contract’s scope of work and technical specifications, preparing tender documents with suitable conditions in order to ensure that company policies and procedures are followed in term of minimise any exposure to risk for company.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in any major.
• Min. 4 years experiences dealing with contract.
• Possess strong analytical thinking skill.
• Attention to details.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, both verbal and written.
• Requires traveling to Project Site as required.

Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze all contracts / agreements giving input regarding the contract composition and any qualifications required in order to align terms and conditions to company’s Contracting Principles.
• Assist Project Control Superintendent in developing appropriate contractual strategies in order to maximise contract position.
• Resolve contractual issues with the Client / Vendors, including drafting formal letters and attending negotiations of a contractual nature in order to pprovide logistical support to Project Managers.
• Monitor and administer documentation of variations and claims to their scope of work and, including a running log of all contractual correspondence to settlement in order to provide contract administration support.
• Analyze and negotiate contract in order to get through to contract settlement.
• Monitor contract implementation to eensure that both, Client and company follow the contractual requirements of the contract to ensure that company is not exposed to unnecessary costs or penalties.
• Prepare contractual correspondence to the Client / Vendor.
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs include ensuring the effectiveness of the program conforms to official standard and requirements.
