We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

HSE OFFICER
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Maintain, monitor and review company’s daily operations and facilities to ensure employee safety are comply with safety, health and environmental regulations for specified facilities, operations and project.

Requirements:
• Min. Diploma Degree in public occupational Health & Safety/Environment Engineer or Engineering Graduate/Bachelor
• Minimal 2 years have experinces in HSE Field implementation at High risk industry
• Will be prefered if understand of Mining Safety, Marine Safety and or Plant Safety
• Hold AK3 certified from government (will be preferred if hold POP certificate)
• Communicative and inovative
• Able to conduct presentation
• Willing to work at remote area
• Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present HSE training and HSE induction to enhance safety awareness among employees and clients.
• Conduct inspections on statutory, fire and rescue equipment to ensure completeness and readiness for use.
• Inspects project facilities, equipments, observe operations and activities in progress to ensure those are in compliance company’s safety regulations.
• Coordinates and consults with project safety superintendent and/or project managers regarding HSE issues in their respective areas and notifies management staff regarding violation of safety regulations and codes to ensure that all safety defiance are proceed.
• Support and assist safety audits, inspections and accident/incident investigations by observing employee activities and workplace conditions for submitting recommendations to management to correct deficiencies, eliminate hazards, and improve the overall program.
• Socialise and record all Job Hazard Analysis, HAZOB, and co-ordinate Emergency Response Team training and activities for the Project.
• Assist the Project Superintendent & Supervisors in conducting and reporting of all Hazards.
• Control and monitor the use of Hazardous or dangerous goods to ensure conformance with the MSDS (Material Safety Data System).
• Monitor, review and participate in Pre-start meetings and Tool Box Meeting to update with current safety informations.
• Support Environmental performance and maintain third party accreditation (i.e. ISO 14001) and work effectively with certification body in order to preserve international standard accreditation.
• Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System as well as all programs.
• Implement and maintain HSE Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, and other HSE document for the project.
• Prepare and implement of Site Safety Activities.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Manages and ensure all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. Seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality

Requirements:
• Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferable in civil engineering
• Min. 3 years experiences as a quantity surveyor or related with commercial/project cost controller/cost planner
• Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
• May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
• Good communication & negotiation skill, budget handling skill
• Willing to be placed in all project

Responsibilities:
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties (ex: architect or client)
• Identifying, analyzing and developing responses to commercial risks, performing risk, value management and cost control
• Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Providing advice on contractual claims and procurement strategy to resolve disputes between clients, designers and building contractors
• Analyzing outcomes and create detailed progress reports
• Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

EXPORT IMPORT OFFICER
(Assignment: Head Office)
Prepare and arrange the import / shipping document base on customs law.

Requirements:
• Min. Diploma degree in any major
• Min. 2 year experience in dealing with Export Import
• Able to operate Customs Module (Module TPB)
• Able to develop and maintain good relationship with Customs
• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and Negotiation skill

Responsibilities:
• Prepare Customs Declaration base on shipping document base on customs law such as commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/ AWB.
• Capable for HS Code Reference on Tariff Book Indonesia
• Responsible and Conduct document completion for proper customer before and after custom process
• Responsible for preparing & completing of the import document for purposes of regular customs audit.
• Responsible for reporting and job filing in weekly basis
• Align and engaged with third party , Client and Customs
• Responsible for operation activities ( Submit Report to Customs KPPBC)

IT SITE OFFICER
(Assignment: Central Kalimantan)
Monitor and maintain site server/system in order to provide server/system administration and technical support for site IT infrastructure system as well as assist the IT Operation Supervisor in all other related duties that pertains to IT infrastructure.

Requirements:
• Min 2 (two) year experiences at the same field
• Demonstrated competency in supporting Windows XP/Vista/7/10 maintenance and troubleshooting
• Advance knowledge in Windows XP/Vista/7/10
• Good understanding in Windows File/Print NTFS Permission and Folder Sharing
• Good understanding in Corporate IT infrastructure and Corporate IT Security
• Good knowledge in Dell/HP server, blade and tape backup hardware
• Good knowledge of Antivirus Client preferably Sophos and McAfee
• Good knowledge of ITIL, IT Topologies and Structure
• Basic network communications skills (configuring switches or routers) and knowledge and topologies
• Good knowledge, understanding, and experiences in handling Radio Communication setup and troubleshoot, include VSAT.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain site IT system and infrastructure in order to maintain IT operation compliance with;
- Existing ISO
- ITILv3
- Microsoft Operation Framework
- IT Governance Common Standards
- IT control objectives for Sarbanes-Oxley
- IT security (BS17799)
• Conduct daily / morning check / monitoring site’s file / print server , server / blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system and logs, to ensure stable and greater reliability of dedicated site ICT portal
• Monitor, manage and maintain the condition and information (movement, repair, assignment and returns) of assets related to IT which includes but not limited to PC, laptop, server, network switches, routers, radio equipment and mobile phone
• Monitor and maintain the condition of site’s file / print server, server / blade hardware, backup jobs and antivirus system in order to meet SLA requirements.
• Conduct trends system incidents and recognizing problems, provide research, isolation, resolution and follow up to ensure all problems are fully corrected.
• Maintain document backup report / log, patches and service pack update on dedicated IGS portal site and periodically test backup in order to ensure reliability
• Develop and review appropriate system documentation and reporting for site project file & print server, server / blade and tape backup

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT
(Assignment: Head Office)
Perform and responsible for Finance and Accounting function in order to produce timely and accurate financial information for project.

Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor degree in Accounting.
• 1 year experience or fresh graduate.
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Good command in English.
• Good computer skill, especially in Excel program.
• Familiar with SAP accounting system and module.
• Over time might be required to meet reporting deadlines.
• Business travel and working for periods of time on Site Project might be required.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor day to day F&A operations for projects especially with respect to:
- Revenue estimates (including Production Data)
- Major Subcontractor and Supplier Cost
- A/R collection/status
- Contingency – Risks and Opportunities
- Other costs
• Invoicing management including variation claim monitoring, rise & fall billing, and ensuring all has been claimed and submitted to Client as per contract terms, and monitor the cash payment receipt of invoices from Clients.
• Identify financial aspect in contractual clauses (e.g. financial implications of damages, billing, others related financial clauses) in the contract and provide new concept, approach or feedback.
• Monitor for completion of F&A requirements for new project account set up.
• Monitor and control balance sheet accounts project (accrual, recoverable expenses, etc.).
• Produce financial project Report / Score Cards on time including analysis to project management and giving ideas for improvement.
• Understand and monitor compliance of the key contractual clauses -e.g. prices, payment, reward & other financial related clauses in contract.
• Annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting submission on time.
• Assist on preparing Financial modelling for new/prospective project or project extension or project closure.

Non Staff Operator
Kualifikasi Umum:
• Mampu memahami dan menerapkan prosedur K3L (Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan) di tempat kerja.

Persyaratan Khusus:
• Pendidikan minimum SMA / SMK sederajat.
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimum 2 tahun sebagai Operator Alat Berat di proyek Mining atau Konstruksi (Excavator, Dump Truck, Grader, Dozer, ADT Truck, Light Truck, Water/Service/Fuel Truck, Wheel Loader, Compactors, Mobile Crane, Crane Truck dan Lowboy 80T).
• Lebih disukai bagi pelamar yang memiliki keterampilan mengoperasikan lebih dari satu jenis/tipe Alat Berat.
• Wajib memiliki SIM BII atau BI Umum dari Kepolisian dan khusus pelamar Operator Crane atau Crane Truck wajib memiliki SIO Disnaker yang masih berlaku.
• Mampu memahami dan menerapkan prosedur K3L (Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja, dan Lingkungan) di tempat kerja.

• Pendidikan minimum SMA / SMK sederajat.
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimum 2 tahun dalam pekerjaan maintenance alat-alat berat (Excavator, Dump Truck, Grader, Dozer dan Iveco Truck) di proyek Pertambangan atau Konstruksi.
• Memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang baik tentang prosedur maintenance unit alat-alat berat dan diutamakan yang sudah memiliki sertifikat training di bidang maintenance alat-alat berat.

2. Service Truck / Wash Truck Operator
• Pendidikan minimum SMA / SMK sederajat.
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimum 2 tahun mengoperasikan Service /Wash Truck.
• Pelamar wajib memiliki SIM BI Umum.
• Memahami fungsi dan tindakan preventif untuk segala komponen kerusakan unit kendaraan.
