Human Resource Manager (Oil and Gas)
Jakarta – Indonesia

Our good client, planning to open their branch in Jakarta, Indonesia, the head quarter in Singapore. Currently, my client opening position for Human Resource Manager (Oil and Gas).

An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Human Resources Manager to be principally responsible for providing practical, consistent, and proactive support, direction and advice to other division managers on HR procedure, policy, best practice, employment rewards, benefits, and legislation to facilitate in achieving the objectives and targets of the organization in Indonesia.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team. We wish to recruit an individual keen to further develop their career within the oil and gas industry in Indonesia.
Applicants should possess proven skills in performing human resources management work relating to hiring, recruitment, training, compensation, promotion, termination, and career development in the Oil & Gas Industry in Indonesia

Job description
* To recommend appropriate benefits programs to ensure competitiveness
* To support regional office on hr issue and review hr policy
* To consolidate regional reports for management
* Compensation and Benefits Administration
* Prepare salary and welfare budget
* Conduct and participate in annual market survey with hay, crg and related focal groups
* Preparation, review, analyse, identify of annual increment, bonus, promotion and pay simulation
* For recommendation to hr management
* Ensure accuracy of monthly payroll processing
* Consolidation for performance appraisal exercise

Human Resource Information System

* Generate management report for decision making
* Plan, review, establish and oversee the human resource system for continuity
* And up-to-date information
* Maintain, update and backup human resource system

Recruitment & Selection

* To oversee and support conduct exit interviews
* To support source, shortlist, interview and recommend potential candidates for hiring.
* Evaluate and recommend in-hire salary for all staff
* Conduct orientation for all new employees, when necessary

Training & Development

* To oversee and support training needs analyses for all divisions and departments
* To support develop skills inventory and training plans according to needs analyses
* To support source, evaluate and engage external consultant for selected core training programs.
* To oversee establish, monitor and control the total education budget.

Other Management

* Verify and oversee the medical, dental, maternity and other welfare claims by staff.
* Review appropriate cover for staff insurance and renew the annual insurance policies.
* Attend to staff disputes and conduct counselling sessions
* Collate, summarize and participate in survey
* Compile latest information from media such as newspaper, magazine
* Continuous update of hr policies and procedures
* Update employee handbook
* Inform relevant division head on employee matters and meetings
* Prepare monthly management reports
* Compiling and consolidating budgets for department and welfare / benefits for the company

Requirements :
* High standard of attention to detail.
* Solid commitment to employee service.
* Expert Microsoft Office skills like Word, Outlook, and Excel.
* Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
* Ability to lead a team of up to four HR Executives
* Familiar with Indonesian Manpower Act and O&G Manpower Regulations
