SHIFT OPERATION MANAGER

The position will be responsible for:
• Coordination and communication of the Shift Operation member and other Departments in the company in regard to operation activities
• Coordinate with the Management and related parties in the event of emergency incident in order to mitigate the incident/accident and normalise the situation.
• Maintaining and improving the plant efficiency and reliability through operation excellence and continuous learning and improvement.
• Maintaining plant during the 8 hours shift are in safe, efficient & reliable manner for continuous generation of electricity being dispatched to PLN as per LBE PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) and within safety and environment constraint and plant design parameters.
• Operate plant within allowable limits
• Quick return plant to normal operating conditions after an incident or distrubance, no unnecessary delay.
• Operates plant in most economical manner, taking in account risk mitigations and other constrant
• Implementation and review of procedures as per requirements.
• Conducts testing of plant and follows-up on results.
• Achieve quality related plant and department KPI’s
• Applies risk management effectively
• Conducts regular plant tours personally/team
• Diligently execute the operation PM/CM task.
• Ensure the shift handover are properly execute and documented.
• Proactive, committed and highlight operational issues through objective communication (non-blame).
• Acts on inputs received and provides feedback upon completion.
• Assumes “ownership” and sees through issues to completion.
• Helps others to excel by providing good information and support (subordinate, peers, superiors).
• Optimizes use of operations consumables.
• Identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirement

Education
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Technical Engineering

Experiences
• Minimum 5 years working in the power plant industry, Petrochemical Industry or Oil/Gas Industry

OPERATION SENIOR UNIT CONTROLLER & UNIT CONTROLLER

The position will be responsible for:
• Coordinate with AUC/SUC/SCE and Plant Operators to ensure all DCS monitoring and operation activities of LBE power plant during the 8 hours shift are in safe, efficient & reliable manner for continuous generation of electricity being dispatched to PLNa as per LBE PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) and within safety and environment constraint and plant design parameters
• Coordinate with plant AUC and SUC/SCE to operate and monitor power plant operations, main power block, FGD, WTP, WWTP are safe and properly functioned
• Coordinate with plant operators to ensure their routine plant checks and plant testing are carried out in a satisfactory manner.
• Report all plant defects and operating parameter deviation to superior.
• Operate plant with right SOP/WI.
• Monitor and investigate operation parameter deviation from normal value.
• Ensure the isolation and normalization as per instruction
• Coordinate plant change over as per instruction
• Maintain operational system safely and efficiently.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirement

Education
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Technical Engineering

Experiences
• Minimum 3 years working in the power plant industry, Petrochemical Industry or Oil/Gas Industry for Unit Controller
• Minimum 5 years working in the power plant industry, Petrochemical Industry or Oil/Gas Industry for Senior Unit Controller

Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor
for Coal and Ash Handling

The position will be responsible for:
• Preparing spares and supervising day to day and outage maintenance as well as modifications of all mechanical equipment at Coal and Ash Handling area including: Ship-unloader, Stacker/Reclaimer, Conveyors, Ash Silo, FGD, Pumps, Air Compressors, and ensure all works are performed in a safe and efficient manner
• Able to perform leadership in managing maintenance team to conduct works in accordance to policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Familiar with the application of CMMS such as SAP or equivalent.

Qualifications / Minimum Requirement

Education
• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering

Experiences
• Minimum 6 (six) years hands-on experience in power generation operation and maintenance, preferably in coal and ash handling plant maintenance.

PLANT PERFORMANCE ENGINEER

The position will be responsible for:
- Collecting, inputting, and processing data for plant availability & efficiency monitoring,
- Collecting and processing data for energy transactions, investigating and resolving plant availability problems and preparing reports.
- Carry out plant testing to evaluate plant efficiency and propose remedies to optimise plant performance Familiar with steam power plant efficiency and having knowledge of steam power plant performance testing would be advantage
- Familiar with Generating Availability Data System of North American Electric Reliability Corporation (GADS of NERC) would be advantage
- Having a good practical knowledge of office computer systems including database system & visual basic application is preferable
- Good communication in writing and verbal
- Having behaviour supporting the work for high accuracy and precision
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate a high level of competence in their area of expertise.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Technical Engineering

Experiences
• Minimum 5 years working in the power plant industry, Petrochemical Industry or Oil/Gas Industry
• Familiar with steam power plant efficiency and having knowledge of steam power plant performance testing would be advantage
