Head of Brand Management – Jakarta

Scope of Works
Responsible to be orchestrator and guardian of Lafarge Holcim marketing strategy, brand management, product portfolio and innovation as well as the highly effective and respected partner for all marketing activities across the businesses to achieve company objectives. Main activities include:

Direct and develop a strong and integrated marketing plan that can positively contribute to brand vision as well as the company objectives; Managing different brand under Holcim & Andalas as a mother brand
Nurture strategic partnership with agencies as main partner
Exhibits expertise in balancing brand portfolio, ensuring the right mix of continuous improvement and progressive innovation

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor Degree of Engineering or Management (S1 University degree); Preferably advance degree of Marketing

Experience:
Min 1 year in current position
Min 7 years experiences in commercial / marketing area
Min 7 years experiences in supervisory & people management

Computer literacy:
Microsoft Office and Google Application

Language:
Fluency spoken and written English

Area Sales Manager – North Sumatera

Scope of Works

To provide support to Regional Sales Manager in performing, developing and stabilizing the sales volume in respective area, including preparation of daily, monthly and yearly accuracy, efficient and appropriate data. Also to maintain and expand cement sales for Andalas and Holcim business in his territory (meet targets) and provide direction to distributor / salesman, through planning, controlling and coordinating sales and / or marketing processes together with Territory Sales Officer team and / or Distributor Sales Team.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor degree from any major

Experience:
Possess minimum 5 (five) years of working experience in business management especially in managing retail commercial business (sales and marketing area).
Min 1 year in current position
Experience in construciton / building material industry
Understand business process of Holcim Indonesia

Computer literacy:
Microsoft Office, Google Application and SAP
Knowledge in SFDC or DMS would be an advantage

Language:
Fluent in speaking & writing English spoken and written English
Fluent in speaking & writing Mandarin / Hokkian

Other qualification / skills:
Strong drive for sales execution & handling multi distributors.
Strong passion in business development.
Shows agility under pressure situation
Good analytical skill
Good negotiation & relationship building skill
Good knowledge on Sales & Marketing business processes
Willing to travel

Business Development – Road – Jakarta

Scope of Works

Responsible to analyze road market in the country and address all the key players involved, to establish the coordination with all product lines within LafargeHolcim Group concerning road market activities, and to establish long-term and in-depth collaboration with strategic players

Requirements
Education:
Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Industrial Technology or Materials (Master level)

Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in the management of roads construction projects including profit and loss responsibility of roads projects, purchasing or sourcing experience, and supervisory experience
Sales or marketing experience is an advantage

Computer literacy:
Microsoft Office, SAP, and Google Applications. Salesforce.com desirable.

Language:
Good in spoken and written English

Market approach and intuition / trend scout
Business sense and strategic thinking approach
Agility, collaboration, energizing
