HRD Officer
Kalimantan Selatan

Responsibilities:
* Manage system & training program based on competency model
* Organize the employee development program
* Implement QSE Program and Management tools employee by Company

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Training, implement QSE program, Development Organization.
* Preferred skill(s): English, communication, Computer.
* Required language(s): English.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Willing to be located in South Kalimantan

Government Regulation Compliance Superitendent
Jakarta Raya,

Responsibilities:
* Compliance Assurance & Satisfaction
* Mapping on regulation and compliance standard
* Compliance Monitoring & evaluation
* Performance of Corrective Action

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. Job role in Compliance Officer or Corporate Governance Officer.
* Have been working in law firm, legal dept or External Relation
* Have good Leadership,negotiation, interpersonal skill
* Able to establish and maintain good relationship with goverment community and other external stakeholders
* Well known on regulation of Business, mining, environment

Government Relation Superitendent
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
* Provide data for process and backup permit and license
* Ensuring the technical aspect contained in the permit with the technical aspects which will be implemented by the company
* Ensure the improvement of SOP deparment to enchance performance level
* Implementation of various management tools employed by company within department

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Mass Communications, Law or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Autocad, Arc GIS Skill, Management System.
* Preferred skill(s): Knowledge on business process.
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. Job role in Corporate Governance Officer or Compliance Officer.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
