We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Administration, Finance and Control Department as:
“Cost Controller”
Base location : Jakarta
Requirements:
• 5 years minimum experience in Cost Control is required, in similar or related industries would be preferred for this position.
• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor s Degree of Accounting or Economics from reputable University.
• GPA minimum 3.25
• Age max 30 years old.
• Good analytical skill, autonomous, able to work under pressure.
• Good skill in Microsoft Excel is compulsory.
• Good knowledge of written and oral English.
• Able to joint immediately.
Responsibilities:
• To ensure clause control and correct allocation of Company s cost in accordance with our Control Model.
• To prepare annual budget and revisions for Company s departments and Overheads.
• To be in charge of monthly and annual Company closing processes and reporting.
• To issue in a timely manner, any analytical report requested by Corporate.
“Dimensional Quality Supervisor/Surveyor”
Willing to be relocated to Bandar Lampung (Bandar Lampung Base)
Responsibilities:
• Execute the Dimensional Inspection and Quality Control activities on site, in order to guarantee the partial and overall dimensional compliance of fabricated structures.
• Issues the relevant Quality Records, and prepare non-conformances reports.
• Control of proper calibration of all measuring equipment.
• Control and perform all measurements during; mark-out and fit up, welding, after welding (and PWHT if any), preparation assembly area and support points, and fit up of subassemblies
• Checks and prepare the “as built” dimensional dossier relevant to final assembly in line with project requirements.
• Develop QC principles, plan application, and QC activities planning systems.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering would be preferred.
• Must possess practical Oil & Gas Fabrication experience, with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in the same position and field.
• Good knowledge and analytical skills of topographic.
• Holding ISO 9000 Standards certificate.
• Familiarity with Industry Standards (ISO, ASME, ANSI, API, AWS, ASTM, NACE, NEMA, etc).
• Good skill in Microsoft Excel is compulsory.
• Good knowledge of written and oral English.
• Focus to results oriented, autonomous, able to work under pressure.
• Able to joint immediately.
