HRGA SUPERVISOR
Job responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and arranging human resource activities on site to support the company’s operational activities in accordance with the prevailing company and government laws and regulations as well as performing office general affairs (logistics, business travel, hotel, transportation, site office & asset maintenance and housekeeping) to ensure all general affairs services are provided in accordance with company policy, on time and support the overall project as well as performing at site.

Perform compensation and benefit activities for employees on site in accordance with the prevailing company and government laws and regulations relating to human resources to ensure all employees rights are managed well to support the company’s operations.
Socialize corporate policies to all site employees to create a conducive industrial relationship between employees and the company.
Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.
Conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities for local employees in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations.
Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare workforce permits and other obligations regarding human resources by liaising with the local Department of Labor.
Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
Coordinate site office maintenance and housekeeping to ensure site office is well maintained.
Coordinate site office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.
Maintain and coordinate site office logistic needs, ensuring all site office logistics are always available and in accordance with the logistical needs of the project.
Control the availability of the transportation, accomodation, meals of all employees on site area to meet the availability of facilities for the employees.
Coordinate and arrange the Information Technology Helpdesk on Site to ensure the IT facilities in order to run properly.
Job requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in all major
Minimum 5 years experience in similar position
Required Competencies : Recruitment, Industrial Relation, Employee Relation, People Development, HR Administrative, General Affairs.
Good communication, leadership & managerial skills and has to be passionate in human resources
Excellent command in English both verbal and written

TREASURY STAFF
Job responsibilities

Conducting corporate treasury activities in order to support the smooth operation of the company’s operations.

Prepare the data and examine the completeness and validity of proof of Cash / Bank expenditure required for corporate finance payment activities.
Conduct corporate financial payment activities in accordance with the plans and systems / procedures applicable.
Implement input payment data and arrange daily transaction journal.
Prepare the data required for the purposes of preparing the financial statements of the company for both internal and external.
Implement system documentation (filing) corporate financial data.
Prepare the necessary data for the financial statement audit process.

Job requirement

Bachelor degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.0
Have min 1 years experience in related position

QHSE OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Provide support and technical assistance to the Division QHSE in running and developing programs for Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) so that all activities at the Division QHSE can run well and smoothly as planned.
Updating information changes HSE regulations and other requirements relevant for the development of registers HSE regulations in Adaro Group.
Compile and confirmation documents or related data on program purposes HSE HSE audit conducted by HSE teams in business units within the Adaro Group to ensure compliance with rules and regulations in the field of HSE and other relevant requirements.
Organizing periodic meetings with the business units within the Adaro Group and preparing the materials or documents related to the meeting to find out information and current issues related to compliance and distribute the results of the meeting to all participants in order to improve the status of compliance within the Adaro Group.

Collecting data and draft a consolidated report on the HSE compliance status of the business units within the Adaro Group in order to meet HSE regulations and the availability of data to actionable compliance ..
Participate actively participate in helping the implementation of research and development (R & D) related to HSE and the development of insight and knowledge of the field of HSE in the business units within the Adaro Group.
Organize training activities, socialization, supervision and audits conducted related to HSE management in the business units within the Adaro Group so that the training activities can run smoothly and that employees understand the company’s HSE.
Reviewing, and perform checks on equipment, labor, occupational health and the working environment in the neighborhood Adaro Energy to ensure the workforce has been working in accordance with the SOP.

SENIOR WATER TREATMENT PLANT (WTP) ENGINEER
Job responsibilities

To plan, coordinate and evaluate all water treatment plant projects implemented at the Adaro Group to ensure the implementation of any water treatment plant project in accordance with the plans and provisions applicable in the Adaro Group.
Make the planning of water treatment plant project in accordance with the direction of the boss and project owner.
Creating hydraulic concept and analysis of trunk main network (main pipe) and distribution distribution network from WTP / trunk main to network to consumer.
Examining design, calculation, technical specifications, data sheets, working drawings, equipment lists, drawing details of shop drawing plans and other technical documents related to water treatment plant work made by the implementing contractor to ensure all project planning will be made available accurately as needed.
Coordinate and supervise regularly on the implementation of water treatment plant project in the field to ensure conformity with the requirements of time, quality, and cost.
Ensure materials related to the work of the water treatment plant project in the field including the files have been in accordance with approved specifications to ensure the quality of the project results implemented.
Analyze potential problems that could potentially disrupt the completion and implementation of the water treatment plant project, as well as provide problem solving solutions, inputs, instructions and instructions needed to the contractor so that the work can be completed more quickly and in accordance with the contractual provisions.
Provide progress report report on the implementation of water treatment plant project and compare with what has been stated in the water treatment plant project plan to ensure the implementation of the water treatment plant project in accordance with the established plan.
Integrating resources in accordance with the position and schedule that have been made in the planning in order to support the smooth implementation of the water treatment plant project implemented.
