1. Superintendent Dispute Resolution (Code: SDR)

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation.
• Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
• Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
• Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.

2. Superintendent Legal – Mining Contract (Code: SLMC)

• Law faculty graduate from reputable university having GPA minimum 3.00.
• Minimum 7 (seven) years work experience as corporate lawyer in reputable law firm(s) or 7 years in mining company, a combination of both would be an advantage.
• Possesses an Advocate License from PERADI or have passed the bar examination.
• Having experience / possess knowledge regarding International Arbitration proceedings.
• Having excellent knowledge about Indonesian Company Law, Contract Law and Mining Law.
• Have handled and / or get involved in minimum 10 (ten) projects and / or corporate actions of both off-shore and / or on-shore company or group of companies.
• Having excellent knowledge about the Indonesian Company Law, Contract Law and Mining Law.
• Having commitment to finish the tasks given in timely manner.

3. Specialist Legal (Code: SP-LEG)

• Law faculty graduate from reputable university having GPA minimum 3.00.
• Minimum 3 (three) years work experience in reputable company (ies) (those from mining companies are preferred) or reputable law firm (s).
• Possesses an Advocate License from PERADI or have passed the bar examination.
• Having excellent knowledge about Indonesian Company Law and Contract Law.
• Capable of working under pressure, minimum supervision, self-motivated, result oriented and team player.

4. Engineer – Mining (Code: EM)

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
• Having 2 years experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
• Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
• Having experience in using MINEX software.
• Excellent planning, analytical, organization and problem solving skills together with mechanical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.

5. Coordinator HSE (Code: HSE)

• Bachelor Degree (S1) with at least 3 years experience or Diploma 3 with at least 5 years experience in a mining environment, preferably in the maintenance and/or logistic operations, such that a good understanding has developed of the mining operation in general and ore specifically of the maintenance and logistics works.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills is desirable.
• Safety Related qualification or experience i.e. in risk assessment, job safety analysis, accident investigation, etc. is desirable as this position will be required to lead / facilitate the process and train / coach others.

6. Project – Engineer Electrical (Code: PEE)

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining / industry experiences.
• Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant s electrical and control systems.

7. Project Engineer – Civil (Code: PEC)

• S1 degree in Civil Engineering.
• Having min 3 years plus of relevant industry / management experiences, and having budgeting skills are essential for senior position.
• Extensive experience and proven skills in Civil Engineering / Construction and / or earthmoving industries. Having experience in Civil Projects at mining industry will be an advantageous.
• Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators.
• Analytical, problem solving skills together with aptitude to solve technical difficulties.

8. Engineer Mechanical (Code: EMEC)

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Having min 3 years working experience in project environment in mechanical disciplines. Working experience in mining industry environment would be an advantage.
• Suitable balance between technical and managerial skills.
• Have good knowledge and experience in project management.
• Have good knowledge and experience in mechanical installation techniques and standards.
• Have high personal energy level and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic project environment.

9. Engineer – Geotechnical (Code: EGEO)

• S1 degree in Geotechnical / Engineering Geology or Mining Engineering.
• Having 3 years in mining operation experience.
• Previous exploration experience would be of benefit.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of rock properties.
• Initiative in all aspects of the profession.
• Working knowledge of Geotechnical software.

10. Specialist Maintenance Training (Mechanical & Electrical)
(Code: SPMT)

• Minimum Diploma 3 with 5 years experience including 2 years experience in a maintenance scheduling support role.
• Basic understanding of trade training.
• Possessing experience as Maintenance Trainer or competency Assessor would be preferable.
• Analytical, problem solving skills together with mechanical / electrical aptitude to solve technical difficulties.
• Solid planning to develop both short and long term initiatives.
