1. Assistance to Sr. Marketing (Code : MKT)
• S1 degree in any discipline , prefer Male
• Having min 2 year experience in coal / logistic/ shipping industry preferably from Mining, Industrial or Banking
• Having experience in handling admin, contract, tender document & after sales service
• Responsible in monitoring the operation, sales and shipment
• Able to manage customer relationship and correspondence with other Department
• Coal support marketing background
• Fluent in English and Mandarin language is a must

2. Government Relation Manager (Code : GRM)
• S1 degree in Law or Social
• Having min 10 years experiences in handling permit/license processing, maintaining external stakeholder relations, and keep government regulation compliance
• Familiar with regulation compliance
• Having knowledge of the latest regulation in mining
• Having good human relationship

3. Sales Compliance (SC)
• S1 in any major , prefer Female
• Having 1 – 2 year experience in sales & marketing, has experience in coal sales contract is advantage
• Communicate / Coordinate with M,S&L Planner on the blending plan.
• Communicate/coordinate with Quality Management Team regarding with quality of blending specification.
• Prepare blending plan and verify the blending result to match with guarantee coal specification in the sales contract.
• Communicate / coordinate with Government Relation team for submitting the blending plan in order to get the blending permit approval from Government.
• Communicate / coordinate with Legal Department for reviewing the sales contract.
• Supporting Sales Compliance for reporting relevant compliance matter in accordance with Government Regulation.
• Establish database for audit report.

4. Senior Geotech (Code : SGT)
• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
• Having experience min 4 year
• Having depth knowledge about geological modeling
• Having deep knowledge about reviewing geological data

5. Senior Mine Engineering (Code : SME)
• S1 Degree in Mine Engineering
• Min. 5 years experiences in Mine Planning or Mine Operations
• For Mine Planning experience in long term mine planning, mining engineering support, mining engineering project study/evaluation project and familiar with mining software (Minescape, Vulcan, Surpac, Minex)

6. Senior Geologist (Code : SGO)
• S1 Degree in Geology Engineering
• Min 5 years experiences in long term geological modeling, geological technical services, and operation supports

7. Head of Coal Technical Development (Code : HCTD)
• Bachelor Degree in Geology, Mine Engineering.
• Min. 15 years experiences in coal mining
• Having Knowledge Geology in Coal Industry or
• Having Knowledge Geotechnical
• Having Network in Coal Industry
• Having knowledge Human resource development and financial is advantage

8. Quality (Code : QA)
• S1 Degree in HSE, Industrial Engineering or any discipline
• Having experience min 1– 4 years in Quality Management
• Familiar with QCC, QMS , audit 5S and K3
• Having good understanding about ISO 9000, 14001, and OHSAS 18001

9. Land Compensation Superintendent (Code : LC)
• Minimum S1 any related field
• Minimum 4 year experience in Land Compensation, Community Relations, Community Development, Community Engagement preferably in coal mining industry.
• Must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving capabilities, & knowledge of community planning
• Plan, communicate and negotiation land compensation requirement with land owners within reasonable price and time frame.
• Serve as the focal point of contact with the local communities, liaising with community leaders, local government units, local council members and community groups.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive corporate image as well as ensuring a strong flow of information between the company, community groups and local government units.
• Developing strategies to resolve land access and land use conflicts in line with company policy and standards and maintaining positive company profile and reputation in the conduct of all land acquisition activities.
• Ensuring proper documentation of all land transactions to provide comprehensive records in line with legal requirements and future asset protections.

10. QSE Superitendent (QSE)
• S1 Degree in HSE.
• Having experience min 6– 7 years in Quality Management.
• Monitor implementation of safety procedure and standard.
• Conduct inspection on the condition of project’s structure and facilities.
• Provide periodic report on safety monitoring activity.
• Ensuring personnel know and understand the safety procedures
• Ensure QS&E Management System Is implemented and followed within department.
• Ensure Performance improvement of department’s personnel
• Ensure the implementation of various management tools employs by company within department.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Positions 1 – 3 based in Jakarta
2. Positions 4 – 10 based in East Kalimantan
3. Good communication in both written and spoken English
4. Good interpersonal and organizational skills
5. Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
6. Computer literate (MS Office)
7. Creative, self starter, team player and having self integrity
